The New Jersey Pine Barrens have become a slaughterhouse, witness to a hideous spree of murders and mutilations. Ex-CIA operative John Pulnick is accused of the gruesome crimes, but he knows the true identity of the a creature from another world -- a Predator. But unlike others of its species, this alien intruder is no sport hunter, but a blood-crazed psychotic, a butcher of its own kind, an unhinged killing machine. While a massive manhunt sweeps the Barrens, a stalker of a different kind searches for the killer -- a second Predator, bent on bringing down the rogue monster.
This one is all monsters and mayhem! A rogue predator that goes psychotic and takes over the ship and then lands in New Jersey to wreak havoc on the occupants there? Hell yeah! I don't really care for the artwork however. The artwork in my opinion is a little goofy and not really conducive to the content of the comics.
Alright, so what generic set-up do we have for this Predator comic? A bunch of FBI agents and former agents discover a bunch of bodies in the woods, and the main former agent character in question has a run in with the Predator? Ah, the ol' classic meal...... we love to see it. Oh, and you ordered a side of "main character is accused and apprehended for supposedly killing the people and now has to prove that the Predator did it" to go with it? Wow, DARING today, aren't we?

Probably the best Predator comic ever written, it's original to the Predator character and engaging and a more terrifying concept than just your usual Predator. Really great story and art!
