I was not sure if I would enjoy reading a big book about one vitamin. I did! I was shocked by what niacin does for people and the body! I learned so much. Lots of the book is told through personal stories, but even the parts that aren't are written in a very readable way. I'm sure all my friends and family are tired of hearing me tell them they need to take niacin, but it is so important! Buy the book! You will not regret it!
Excellent overview of the Benefits of Niacin for mental health and for arthritis.
Lots of great information / studies showing the benefits of high dose Niacin for both mental health and arthritis. Thousands of patients successfully treated over many years prove effectiveness and debunk the “tolerable upper limit” set by a clueless FDA.
Excellent book that reads like a novel but is actually true. I say it reads like a novel because it's interesting and funny. After reading it once, I use it like a textbook. This book should also be mandatory reading for all, especially allopathic doctors who know not much about nutrition.
