How did we get here?!? The million dollar question!!!!!!! I loved this series sooooo much it’s unreal. What do you do when your heroine falls in love with not one but ✌🏽 alpha, BDE, loving, caring, kind, protective men!! Whew! Go back to my review from book one to get an introduction to these two men… been there done that lol! Book 2 picks up with some straight up drama!!! Even as the drama unfolded, I was still rooting for these two men and honestly I couldn’t decide who she should be with more. Jabril had a lot going on…A LOT! He really did try to do right by those in his inner circle but sadly the one closest to him was a snake in the grass. Same for Zuri, he had folks lying and slandering his name left and right. Those closest to him also did him dirty. Despite it all, he found safety and solace in Avery. Their relationship spoke to my soul. The turning point for me began after Avery had the heart to heart with Greyson’s mom. While both men possessed every single quality you’d want in a partner, one had a leg up for me. I’m soooooo happy with the way the book ended! The twists and turns that this series took definitely speaks to who A’zayler is as an author! I’ve never read anything like this! Lil A aka Star aka Boss Baby aka THAT BXTCH Was holding all the cards in this book! If there was ever a time to be stuck between a rock and a hard place put me in the middle of Jabril and Zuri ANY DAY!! I HIGHLY recommend this series! It was different and while you will side eye all characters at one moment or another the way everything came together was *chefs kiss *😚 This was my first read by this author but it will definitely not be my last! Amazing job!

The Finale
Right after the bombshell that was dropped on us in book one, there was DRAMA right out the gate in book two. While book one was a little slower paced, this book was dropping bombs left and right. Avery remained in control (mostly) of these two men who loved and doted on her. Although Avery couldn’t go wrong with either man, I was rooting for Jabril. I loved this book just as much as the first and loved how it ended.

Ehh this is why I don’t like love triangles this was dragged to the end. Avery really got the juice because at the end she still has both. Getting to know Zuri more chile I’m Team Zuri now. I feel like we seen more vulnerable side of him due to the circumstances he was faced with. Avery did make Zuri a better person.

Unexpected rollercoaster
This finale was definitely something I really liked it even with everything going on and all the truths coming to light which was crazy. The ending topped the cake with everyone guessing for the answers and I’m glad the author A’zayler made this decision like she said it’s hard to choose alright and I’m glad she made this decision it fit perfectly with this story. This two part series was funny, spicy, loving and crazy. The three of them all together individually are really good people and you can tell really love each other purely and are enraptured with each other especially the love for Avery because she gave them the peace that they needed and vice versa them for her even with all the drama happening they survived through it and have a really good ending. I definitely want to hear more about them or from them and their family and their support system that they had throughout the story because this story is very alluring. The situation itself with the ending is very rare which fits perfectly for them lmao. I really hope to hear more from the three of them again‼️

WHAT AN ENDING
I guess you can say Ms. Avery had it going on in this book. Sis had two fine but very different men getting her attention. One thing you couldn't take away from them is the love they had for her. It was almost a tug of war with her trying to choose who was the better man. It was definitely a rollercaster of back and forth between Avery, Jabril, and Zuri. The ending was not one to be expected, but it seemed to work for their dynamic. Avery gets the love of her life while also keeping her bestfriend around.

This series was my first read by Azayler and I am not disappointed. This story was so unique and while I’d chosen a side from page 1, I could understand why Avery was so torn.
The ending was the most non-traditional HEA I’ve ever read but at the same time was sooo satisfying. This will definitely not be my last read from this author.

Very underrated…
I’ve been flying through this author’s catalogue but put this story off because of the synopsis because I hate love triangles. But this was undeniably different and challenged my perspective. A’zayler’s writing feels as if she has an authentic connection to the streets. Urban Fiction has gotten a little outrageous with the antics of the characters these days, so it’s refreshing when a character’s actions mimic real life.
Avery’s age might’ve been a little questionable (she’s 28, I believe) for how she moved but every girl in the hood has a little roster if you haven’t been snatched up by a real one. In Avery’s case, she gets snatched up by two as soon as she decides to step outside. You can judge all you want but I wouldn’t have wanted to get rid of Jabril nor Zuri. Both of them stepped and didn’t play about spoiling their “A/Star”. This wasn’t far fetched and for those that know, you know!
I rooted for them both but as a very grown adult you know Zuri is the mature choice. Jabril just wasn’t there yet. His relationship trauma was fresh. Zuri had his own demons but he loved Avery and Avery only.
A’zayler truly has a gift of writing an alpha male without all the John Wick action. Just a rich hood fella, fine AF, with a high level of testosterone. Her female characters are not weak. They are beautiful and on their grind. A’zayler knows how to write spicy scenes and they are always 🔥 She’s definitely underrated because she should be in everyone’s top 10!

Oh My God This Is A True Surprise!
A'zayler, lord have mercy. To have what Avery was able to have would be a dream come true. Avery, was so mature she made choices that was kind of crazy but all in all she was able to live her life as she saw fit. It was kind of good to see a woman living her life as some men do. Watching Zuri turn into the man that he was supposed to be did my heart good.
Jabril, was a good guy on another level. He had what he wanted or so he thought until Avery, she brought out another side of him that he never knew he needed. Having two men love you unconditionally in their own right is such a good thing.
Avery became such a great woman. As crazy as this read was it was still interesting.🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

the greatest love story
The story had the perfect ending. If I had to choose one I think it would be Jabril it was just something about him and he was so brutally honest that you couldn’t help but to respect him I hate that he was holding on to that baby mama that was no good. Zuri was a good guy also but more the fantasy I’m glad he was good to her and for her.but I still go back to jabril becaouse he was willing to let her go I know the story couldn’t keep going but I wanted to at least see him love someone else but their friendship was the greatest as I’m typing this I just feel like reading it again.I hate that zoey broke zuri heart omg I can just keep going! Great book❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The Best Of Both Worlds
I absolutely love this book. At first I wanted Avery to end up with Jabril but after getting to know Zuri more I wished they could have been a triad or something. They both deserved her as much as she deserved both of them. I guess it's still a plus that she was blessed with a piece of both of them. Although the betrayal from Zoey cut his twin deep, I know he love Zuri. I don't condone a man beating on women nor do I condone the way Amila lied to try and force Zuri to be with her. Shalandra got what her miserable azz deserved, she better be thankful she didn't end up like her baby daddy.❤❤

I know it’s the finale but I’d take a part 3! Zoey’s and Greyson story! This book was str8 fire! I had every emotion here! I was mad AF @twin! Sad for Jabril and then swooning Over zuri! I still can’t choose between them! I’m definitely gonna read part 1 and 2 again this week just to hold on to them a little longer! This was jus the right amount of drama, love, thug passion, ratchet vybz and then maturity! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

This was an amazing series. Avery is definitely blessed to have both men in her life the way she does. Avery and Zuri had a deep connection from the beginning, no lie I thought he was hiding some stuff in the first book but everything is truly not what it seems. Jabril and Avery has a connection as well and they are the best friends anyone could have. I love their whole dynamic, both men and Avery. Great job love! Wouldn’t mind reading more about these lovers

This was my 1st read by this author, and I loved every page of it. The writing was superb. The flow and pacing were rhythmically appropriate and made for a smooth read.

It’s been a minute since a character literally had me heated and talking to myself!! Avery was definitely that character for me. She was selfish, spoiled, entitled, disrespectful, and beyond messy with her actions, behavior, and decisions. But the kicker was, they allowed her to be all those things without lasting consequences and repercussions. Of the two men, I felt for Zuri the most because he was true to her and she simply played with his emotions like he was expendable. Great Series, I was locked in from beginning to end.

Book one left me wanting more and confused about who I wanted her to be with and finally the wait is over but I still don’t know who I want her to be with. I love the way they both love her and who says a women can’t be at the top of a love triangle. This book took me through many emotions but the one that stands out the most is Love. Oh my heart!!!
I loved everything about this book. My heart is still racing and still filled with all types of love and emotion. I love how I didn't have to choose. I would have loved it even more if they both got to have her in a reverse harem type of way. Two alpha guys that didn't mind sharing and loving on one woman and building a family with her. Good series!
I really enjoyed this series. Avery got on my nerves a lot. In my opinion, she was selfish. She wanted both me and couldn't decide. Jabril and Zuri were my favorite characters . I knew Zuri didn't beat old girl he was to layed back. I really enjoyed Zuri character because he was different.

This series was hard for me to read. Especially part 2. But that's bc I couldn't choose!!! Every other chapter I'm like Zuri is it, then it's Jabari lol. I knew exactly who she would ultimately pick from very early on but it was tough seeing her figure it out. All of them stressed me out!!! Overall, A'Zayler has done it again.... as expected

Great Finale
Let tell you I was so stressed out with the back-and-forth. I almost screamed, but this book definitely came together and made it all worth it. I hope this is not the last that we hear of Avery, Jabril, and Zuri.

I didn't want it to end!
I love every character in this book. I couldn't choose either, but I'm satisfied with the ending. Although I do want more. Please don't let this be the end. I would love to read a story about Breland. Hint, hint! Great job as always.

Wow!!!!
What a ride! This was truly one of the best books I read all year. I fell in LOVE, with Zuri first but girl before I knew it I fell for J as I like to call him🤗. I fell in love with both of them. I loved every twist and turn.
