Willow started writing after having her little girl, Evie, December 2015. All during her pregnancy with Evie she continued to read and she only wanted to read romance. She was reading a book a day — sometimes two.

In January 2016 Willow was staying up late with Evie and just thinking of all these stories. They came to her constantly so she finally sat down and just started writing. She always wanted to do it so she figured, why not? Today Willow cannot be happier for making that decision!

I loved that this was the same characters as in book 1… however changing the story completely to different profession and almost like a cliff hanger really makes me frustrated. I wanted to like it more. But book 1 was better in my opinion.

It hellaaa confused me (!!!!!) and maybe cos of it, I wasn’t that invested into the story.
This time she visited his as a patient and also it got hot pretty quick. And they felt in love so quick…..hallmark movie 2.0 haha

I will admit that I was very confused at the start of this book because it was the exact same couple, but a different story. But after rereading the description, I realised I misunderstood it, and that is the exact point of this series: Aubrey and Bennett falling in love again and again in different universes or dreams? Anyway, besides the confusion, I did actually enjoy this story, but I think I liked the first one a little bit better. I'm enjoying reading Aubrey and Bennett's different stories, and I like the idea of the concept, but I'm not sure if, after I finish this series, I'll read the concept again. However, I am intrigued to see how they fall in love again in the next one.

When I finished the first book and started this one..I was very confused! But now that I have read the full collection, I can see what's happening. So if you are wondering how plumber Bennett turned into Doctor Bennett, I have an answer. It's a dream that comes after something tragic. Aubrey and Bennett are falling in love over and over again but never finding the happily ever after in real life. The same small town. The same unrequited high school crush and then a reunion decade later. The same insane chemistry. Ending with the same heartache. A very interesting concept for sure.

This book isn't quite what I suspected. I read the first book and it was about a handyman and his client who happened to have a crush on each other in high school. This one is about the same couple, but somehow they are a doctor and a patient who were high school crushes. I think I am missing something. I don't know what it is but I normally love Willow Winter books and I feel like something just isn't adding up.

What the heck happened to Bennett?? I’m so confused. Alsooooo he hit on her while he was his patient!! It’s a cute love story but probably should’ve been the beginning of a book instead. So I’m kinda feeling like Willow didn’t know how she wanted these characters to be together so she just wrote all the ways instead of choosing. I dig it but I want more of their story.

Even In Our Dreams was a quick, adorable read where Bennet and Aubrey fall in love after a long ago longing they both had for each other, that they believed was forbidden.
Aubrey dated Bennets friend in high school and swore off athletes. But when Bennet returns to town as the new town doctor the sparks they had a decade ago are still there.

There wasn't really much of a story aside from their romance evolving over a few weeks, and that was okay. It was a quick read...


This "version" (as I'm calling it) was not as good as the first. I know the "cleaning your pipes" is more a corn-o scene than the cute doctor but I found more enjoyment in the first book.

The epilogue, still leaves a mystery and I'm dying to know if the epilogues are telling the real story and the rest is just a dream of a forbidden and lost love.

This was the continuation of Aubrey's and Bennett's romance. Except the roles are kind of flipped in a way. However, in this parallel Bennett is the sexy new doctor that sweeps Aubrey off her feet in a whirlwind of lust and passion sprinkled with years of yearning. Another great quick summer weekend read!
