This is a great book to help your little one learn how to handle their fears. It gives breathing tips and even a list of ideas to try when you are feeling scared. The book gives lots of basic fears and shows how it is ok to sometimes be afraid, but that there are also ways to deal with it instead of fearing it. It was easy to read and the illustrations were bright and colorful.

What a great book to read to your kids! The way it was written was perfect for young children to understand, very relatable. It gave helpful ideas for what you can DO when you are feeling scared and gave examples in HOW to do that, very practical. The book also has a parents section in the back with more detailed information. The suggested tips are great for coping with any emotion that makes you feel uncomfortable, not just being scared. My kids range in age from 12 to 4, each of them took something away from this book (so did I).
