A creationist mathematician uses mathematical modeling theory, with/without the axiom of choice (i.e. use of non-standard analysis) to explain all possible models of the universe or multiverse from a generic metamathematical perspective. Since all man made models, theories, are intelligently designed, and if the models are in some crude, incomplete fashion, equivalent to what is going on in the observed universe, then is the observed universe intelligently designed? His use of non-standard analysis opens up the possibility for an infinite number of realities, virtual realities (including fantasy realities). All theories of physics are a subset of his approach. He has opened up a Pandora's box. His own interpretation is to morph the universe into a strict biblical format, which his mathematics allows him to do. I accept his math but not his choice.
