Before becoming a full-time writer Dietz was director of public relations and marketing for an international telephone company. He and his wife live near Gig Harbor, Washington.
I have always liked Dietz's SciFi and I don't know why I did not read this series before now. I have read almost everything else Dietz has written, not sure why I always skipped the four McCade books.
