Best for those who are thinking about starting their locs journey. Very good read and it really uplifts your self-confidence knowing that you, as a womb-man, are a Goddess (God-essence)! I've had my locs for almost 2 years now and I love it.
This book gives the basics on hair locking including some historical insight and concepts to whereas where the locking actually derived from of which the author encourages Blacks to get back to their roots. She also sells her products via at the back of the book. Since this book is written in the late 90s, I wonder if there is a site or these products are still available on the market.
Someone allowed me to read the book and review at workplace. Short and easy read with some black and white photos of the hairdos, etc.
