An interesting biography republished several decades after the initial printing. The biographer, a print journalist, personally knew Margiotti but seems to have evaded his cult of personality described so clearly in his rival's biography, Don't Call Me Boss: David L. Lawrence, Pittsburgh's Renaissance Mayor. It also included several striking portions of Pennsylvania's legal and social history which were previously unknown to me. Nice to read something almost totally new.
