Dr. Scoresby has also authored training programs for managers designed to improve creativity and problem solving, developing accountability, organizing high performance work environments, and achieving peak performance at work and in life.

A fabulous overview of Child Development from an expert I greatly admire (I took his class in 2003). This book doesn't always contain specific advice, rather, it gives you the background knowledge you need to make better parenting/teaching decisions.
