Snag

Rob’s life has not gone according to plan. Not that he actually had a plan. In fact, if he fell in a bucket of tits, he’d come up sucking his thumb. And now, he’s rebuilding his life by working at a butcher’s shop. To Rob every second of life is precious, and time shouldn’t be wasted. So, at night he works a second job in an attempt to accrue some money quickly and legally. In his spare time, he taps away at his internet dating, and then there’s the big competition, which could change everything. For a shot at the title, Rob makes a deal with his workmates – if they help him in the competition, he’ll help them in their lives. Along the way, Rob has to deal with all kinds of unsettling, marginal characters - even the narrator makes Hannibal Lector seem like Larry King. Snag grabs you by the scruff of the neck and drags you along kicking, screaming and laughing your head off. It tickles you, but then, just so you don’t doze off, it gives you a stinging slap in the chops. Buckle up.
