Though Mrs. Myers intended for the book to be read in 31 days, I decided to look up every - or almost every Scripture reference she gives, which added many inspiring days to the read. Each day's devotional is written like a prayer, quoting back to God many verses straight from the Bible, along with some well-chosen quotes by people like Tozer. The book also includes a very informative and inspiring "Introduction to Praise," a portion on "The Importance of Praise," and a concluding prayer of praise. This little volume can be your companion for years, as well as a great gift book to give a friend.

I have read this book through more times than I can count! I love the journaling pages, as they now contain much of my heart, prayers and history. I love seeing how God has worked in my life and the lives of those around me.
