Cziffra’s superlative biography spans two wars in three countries over some four decades. The facts therein are stranger than pretty much any fiction. It’s inspiring to see how his dazzling talents shone through unbelievable odds.
It’s a privilege to be able to listen to his magnificent recordings today.
