Making Connections
This book explores how we go about creating the connections within us that allow us to become fully embodied human beings in the world. It provides some very personal memories of Irmgard Bartenieff and the development of her approach to Fundamentals.

I learned a lot from this book and I gained a new perspective about the movement and perception.
Hackney writes about the philosophical and psychological meaning of our movements. The movement analysis and explorations make perfect sense. it is a book that should be read partly again when needed. This book is helpful for all humans because we all MOVE!

I'd give this book more than 5 stars if I could. I'm not done with it, but the work I am doing as a result is inspiring and my body is viscerally and visibly changing.

I don't think I will ever 'finish' reading this book. It is a book of experiential anatomy which I imagine I will refer to many times.
