Kane wants Jinx. Jinx wants Kane. It should be a simple matter, but with vampires, nothing ever is. The human Kane belongs to the vampire Larkin, and his binding compulsion forbids him from touching Jinx no matter how much he wants him.
Vision wants Hanz. Hanz wants Vision - and has him quite regularly. The sex is electric, whether its on his knees, over the hood of a car, or bound to the headboard of the bed.
But the leader of the elder conclave, Janus, wants Vision to keep the conclave happy. The conclave wants Vision to keep Janus in check. So Vision is on his toes even when he's not tied there by Hanz. Then Hanz's son, Kane, appears out of nowhere, bringing with him his mute companion, a few hundred starving vampires, and one particularly nasty elder, and something's got to give.
There's nothing Vision won't do for Hanz but Larkin is wily, and his hold on Kane is strongly sexual. It will take all of them working together to break it, but it may cost the conclave its last chance at peace.
Sometimes sex is simple, and sometimes it takes a conclave...
Angela Fiddler is the occasional pen name of Barbara Geiger. Barbara didn’t learn that she had lived in three out of the four Northern Alberta towns that had a known or suspected Wendigo attack until well after she’d moved south to Lethbridge. She grew up loving ghost stories and pony books, and spent most of her summers on the British Columbia coast, where she fell in love with the ocean.
As Angela Fiddler, she has written The Master of the Lines series as well as Cy and his sex demon problem books. As Barbara Geiger, she has written The Tempest trilogy, starting with Coral Were his Bones, which exists in the same universe as the Middlehill series, starting with Changeling, as well as various other novellas and short stories.
When she’s not following the exploits of selkies, sex demons and vampires, she writes epic fantasy and makes the occasional foray into science fiction and short stories.
