THE PROTECTOR confirms a heritable bond, dated 22nd June 1655, granted by Sir James Koulis of Colingtoun, knight, in favour of Mr ALEXANDER FOULIS of Ratho, his heirs and assignees whomsoever, whereby the said Sir James, for the sum of 2000 Scots, obliged himself to infeft the said Mr Alexander in an annualrent of 120, to be uplifted furth of the lands of Colingtoune, in the parish of Hailles and sheriffdom of --To Be Held with warrandice and under reversion as mentioned in the said bond;--with the precept of sasine therein contained and instrument of sasine following thereon. lix. 207. 477. Edinburgh, January 18. THE PROTECTOR confirms a heritable bond, dated 17th March 1655, granted by Sir James Foulis of Colingtoun, knight, to GEORGE CAMPBELL, burgess of the Canongate, his heirs and assignees whomsoever, whereby, for the sum of 4497 merks, the said Sir James obliged himself to infeft the said George in an annualrent of 297 merks, to be uplifted furth of the lands of Colingtoun, in the parish of Hailles and sheriffdom of --To Be Held with warrandice and under reversion as mentioned in the said bond;--with the precept of sasine therein contained and instrument of sasine following thereon. lix. 208. 478.
