Ashes to Flames

Rate this book
Ashes to Spiritual Burnout and Recovery is a workbook for any burned out or wounded Christian believer. With the North American church losing an average of 1,000 leaders a month, and multitudes of church members becoming disillusioned, this book is bold in discussing this crisis. Ashes to Flames shows how all believers can rebuild an authentic accurate relationship on the foundation of their Lord and Savior, Jesus. Disillusionment with your faith or church is not a great evil, but rather a time of clarification and healing. It is a time to challenge your belief system, and allow God to make necessary corrections. Yes, you can have hope again!

For anyone having been involved in ministry/on staff at a church who has experienced deep hurt, this book is a healing balm. Statistics are staggering that pastors and their families will go through at least one deeply agonizing experience from a church in their career. This book points you back to the hope of the Gospel, away from victimization and into the loving arms of our awesome God, church hurt and all!
