Melonpool II: The Voyage Home

Rate this book
Over 400 strips from the popular webcomic "Melonpool" are collected in this fully-annotated collection. Although this is the second installment in what promises to be a continuing series of comic collections, this volume features a recap of the adventures so fat and author commentary that allows new readers to jump right in even if this their first exposure to the Melonpool universe. "Melonpool" is the story of six alien castaways (one of which is a 220-pound hamster) trying to deal with everyday obstacles like time travel, UFO abductions, FBI investigators, and William Shatner's toupe. Imagine a pop culture mixture of "Star Trek" and "Gilligan's Island."

Much better than the previous one, both in storylines and art. Also, for some reason the annotations were less disruptive. Includes the GRAISE saga.
