Even if you aren’t currently struggling with any of the habits this book focuses on, I think it’s an excellent read. We live in a highly sexualized culture and this book is a reminder of what the goal of our sexuality is. It challenges the reader to reignite their capacity to love, not just romantically but in all forms. It’s no-nonsense and addresses modern problems with respect and honesty. It’s refreshing to see female sexuality handled with such frankness.
