Sukaaaaa sama komik iniiii.
Komiknya lucu, ceritanya lucu, gambarnya juga bagus, emosinya nyampe
Paling suka sama komik ini adalah karakternga. Kisah benci-jadi cinta ini semuanya diberikan sebab akibat yang jelas jadi karakternya kerasa banget.
Jadi disini si hero adalah sosok pangeran yang sempurna: tampan, ramah, pintar, kuat, sabar, dll. Dia selalu jadi nomor 1, semua orang memujanya. Tapiii waktu ada anak baru yang gak cantik dan miskin bernama Kujou, tiba2 si Yanagi ini selalu jadi nomor 2. Dia gak terima dikalahin sama cewek yang penampilannya gak banget itu, jadi dia selalu berusaha ngalahin Kujou yang alhasil kalah terus. Si Yanagi benci banget sama Kujou tp dia gak pernah digubris dan diannggep. Si Kujou ini yg dia pikirin cm mama dan sekolah dan uang, selain itu dia gak pedulu, makannya si Yanagi mau benci banget sama dia juga bodo amat.
Si Yanagi masih aja tuh benci sama Kujou yang datar dan dingin parah, tp perasaan benci itu berubah waktu dia sadar kalau Kujou itu adalah perempuan yang punya sisi lemah. Nah semenjak itu dia melihat Kujou dgn cara yang berbeda, dia udah gak ngajak saingan lagi tp cari cara biar Kujou ngelihat dia. Si Yanagi akhirnya ngejar2 si Kujou sampai 10 tahun kemudian, dann ga ada kemajuan.
Nah cerita dimulai dari 10tahun kemudian itu.
Huaaaaaa komik ini bagus banget. Masalah keduanya itu adalah sifat mereka dan cara berfikir mereka yang beeeedaaaa banget. Jadi bukannya ada perkembangan mereka selalu salah paham dan emosi. Si yanagi kalo sama Kujou sikapnya beda banget, dia selalu emosi karena si Kujou gak bisa dikodein sama sekali. Trus yg lucu lagi, karena si Yanagi udah biasa salah paham, jadi dia kepedean ternyata dia malah dipermalukan, nah karena dia udah terbiasa salah paham, makannya waktu Kujou ngasih tanda2 beneran suka sama dia si Yanagi jadi gak bisa baca. Dia jadi ngerasa kalau semua pasti salah paham.
Menurutku lucu aja, jadi dia udah ngejar si Kujou selama 10 tahun, eh sekalinya dia udah dapet tanda2nya ternyata dia malah udah mati rasa dan gak sadar sama sekali. Jadiii intinya, dua2nya ini sebenernya saling menyukai tapi mereka keselipan terus dan gak pernah mencapai kesimpulan yang sama. Yanagi selalu bertahan dengan pikiran kalau dia pasti salah pahan dan Kujou gak mungkin suka sama dia, sedangkan Kujou juga gak pernah mikir si Yanagi suka sama dia soalnya selama ini Yanagi jelek2in dia trus pacar2nya bertolak belakang sama dia.
Nah mereka ini sama2 ngerasa bertepuk sebelah tangan padahal sebenernya mereka sebenernya udah bisa jadian dari lama. Tapi tetep aja lihat salah pahamnya mereka selalu bikin ketagihan, bikin ngekek, suka banget deh.
Komik ini endingnya sempurna banget. Akhirnya penantian si Yanagi selama 10 tahun terkabul. Eh itu pula si Yanagi sering nangis gara2 gak nyangka habisnya 10 tahun itu lamaaa dia jadi terbiasa perasaannya gak terbalas. Jadi sekalinya terbalas dia selalu salah anggap dikiranga cuma mimpi. Hahahaha lucuuuu, itu bikin orang2 sekitarnya gak tahan sama sikapnya si Yanagi ini.
Untunglah waktu sekalinya aku pilih komik ini, ceritanya udah tamat. Uwaaaa seneeeeng.

Another rage-inducing story of unrequited love, all because of the unbearableautism denseness of the heroine and lack of communication between the two, top with the two main characters being sophomores in college yet amazingly, still lack awareness. Common tropes can have charms of their own, but fifty-something chapters of this bullshit? Hell no.

I read the whole thing in a span of four hours, and I can honestly say goddamn am I trash for this couple!!!! Yanagi begins as a complete brat who hates Kujou and envies her for her intelligence. He has this urge to surpass her and break her heart in the process, so he inevitably ends up spending years running towards her and trying to catch her just to prove a point, but somewhere along the way, he ends up falling in love with her drive, her passion, and her personality. It's pretty rough for him since she's dense as fuck and is pretty monotonous, but he proposes a game: once she realizes her true feelings for him...it's the time he'll put a ring on her left-hand ring finger.
Last Game is absolutely adorable. This was one of my favorite manga series to read, and it's very light-hearted and fun. I love their chemistry and how they grew from two young kids to two adults who have grown to be sort-of dependent on one another. I am listening to the drama CDs of volume 8 and 11 as I'm typing this review right now, and I'm basically bawling at how ADORABLE this couple is.
I wish they sold copies of this manga in English! I would totally buy the whole collection and just store it in a bookshelf at home. I LOVE it so much and I can't wait to reread this entire series during break!!!!!

Pero qué mono!!! Y divertidísimo hasta el final. Parecía que Yanagi dejaría de sufrir cuando él y Kujo por fin aclaran lo que sienten el uno por el otro, pero Yanagi aún nos dará momentos muy divertidos. Su primera cita... Impagable!

If you liked all the other volumes, you will like this one. And, hey, it’s pretty good as endings go. It even has an actual date and some fun bonus chapters. I’ll never say this needed to be serialized, but it could have gone worse.
Now that Kujou and Yanagi are nearing the confession point, every finale trope you could ever want gets trotted out. The moving to America, the misunderstanding about moving to America, miscommunication from lack of communication, and the last second dash to see somebody at the airport.
Surprisingly? The confession still works and the actual joy when these two finally get on the same page is well portrayed. It’s a genuinely sweet moment and I was quite fond of the way it resolved.
We also get a ridiculous date to a farm and, more than any other volume, you really get the sense that Kujou is wearing the pants in the relationship compared to Yanagi. It’s a believable bit of business, honestly.
Everybody gets an update, even if they barely move any other stories forward. The most likely secondary couple isn’t made official or anything, but still seemed destined to end up together, so whatever.
Look, it’s fine. The wedding is about what you’re expecting and has some okay little callbacks. The bonus chapters range in quality; I wasn’t in love with that fourth wall break because it was a little too on the nose.
It’s not like this was ever a difficult manga to spend time with, but it just started so well that I really felt there was a decided drop in quality courtesy of stretching out a premise that had no need to go this long.
Which is why I say, if you liked the other volumes, this will satisfy you. It gives you what you want; I just think that the reader could ask for rather a lot more than what it provided.
3.5 stars - I’m tempted to give it all four for the really good bits this volume, but I really don’t think any part of the series warrants that much praise (minus the first volume).

This ending was everything I was hoping for and more!
The buildup at times has felt VERY long when reading this series, but the payoff had me squealing and pushing off lunch just so I could focus ONLY on reading! The "ultimate" moment was so wonderful and was so incredibly happy when everything was finally out with no more misunderstandings! YAY!
Not only that, but seeing our leads so happy really warmed my heart! Yanagi crying so much made me laugh because it's so him, and I am definitely going to miss seeing him be a hot mess when it comes to Kujou! LOL!
Overall, I think this was my favorite volume of the series, and I'm so glad I stuck with it because there was a time or two when I really didn't know if I could keep going, despite that the humor had always been on point! This final volume definitely was no exception in making me laugh a lot (That date was hilarious!), but the pure joy this volume brought me was truly the best!
I would definitely recommend this series if you want a funny, slow-burning romcom where the male lead is ALWAYS getting humbled! LOL! I look forward to rereading this again because I'm sure I'll even enjoy this series more with a binge read!

I was there when this story was supposed to be a three-chapters-short-story and now I can't help but to feel nostalgic, wrenched, but also happy for this end.
Yanagi starts as a complete brat-he nags, envies, and hates Kujou. But between that also this indescribable urge to reach, to surpass, her and so he spends all his years running towards her, trying to catch that one girl. I like the idea-I LOVE-the idea, of wanting to reach, of always trying to-of always running but at times he also just let it cool down, he's willing to take slower steps, just so she can feel comfortable and he can find a way to BE with her.
The church scene is PERFECT. The way he cries while reminiscing 'all this time, always, trying to catch after this one girl' IT'S EVERYTHING IT'S JUST EVERYTHING. He loves her that bad, that sincere, that hopeless. It's beautiful. It's a game that hurts and he knows this is not a game that he can afford losing, no matter how many times SHE beats him, he's never losing THIS one game to her and again IT'S amazing because he always loses-can't help losing-but NOT with this one.
This will be one of the story that will always linger, those ten years (five years in real lifetime) together, we all been there-we were there-and it was beautiful.

This is just another sweet, cute, funny romance story featuring an extremely dense but hardworking girl and a competitive but really kind-hearted rich boy. If you're into slow burn romances that make you wait literally volumes for the otp to finally get together, this one is definitely for you haha! It's such a sweet torture lol And they were adorable together!!
I guess the main reason this is a mere four-star is that I wanted to see their relationship balance out. They're meant to be together, but they are not the most balanced of couples... it's always Yanagi who chases and gets excited, and pays attention to every single thing Kanjou does, and she is always the one who feels it's quite troublesome. For the gag's sake it's hilarious. But by the final chapter, I wanted to see the playing field even out a little bit
Also, maybe it's the completionist in me, but I wanted more closure for the side characters!

I won’t lie. The ending was sweet. But I do feel disappointed about the series as a whole….
If you like dense main characters, the “will they, won’t they?” trope and don’t mind only seeing the “chase” but not much of the actual relationship, then this is the series for you! But it’s definitely not for me lol This will probably be a read once kind of story for me.

This manga about a dense girl and guy wanting to get together with the tense girl was actually unexpectedly cute and fluffy entertainment for me. When I started it, I thought that maybe I'll try the first chapter or so.. but then all of a sudden I had been reading for hours and I was sooooo invested in Kujou and Yanagi and the entire gang, to be frank. They're pretty dense about their feelings for one another (well, except Momo and Souma, but they don't really count as this story is more about Kujou and Yanagi and those two are really oblivious about the feelings the other has for them). But I guess that was the part that made this story so much fun for me. If you haven't read this manga before and your catnip are stories about young couples coming together slowly then this is the story for you!

This year (2025) I'm rereading my few mangas that I bought as a teenager. I grew out of reading mangas, and it is certainly not to my taste anymore. I will forever cherish the memories, and I still continue to feel joy from viewing a well-crafted Studio Ghibli film. Naturally, I will give my manga to friends who will appreciate it more than I do.
"Last Game" was one of my greatest pleasures, and I continue to harbor an intense affection for this series. ♡

Leído el manga en su totalidad puedo decir que se trata de un shojo entretenido, sin más pretensiones que las de disfrutarlo. No es una obra con mucha profundidad respecto a sus personajes ni con giros inesperados en su trama, pero es cierto que el toque de humor que desprende te engancha hasta el final.
Es un shojo que recomiendo a todxs aquellxs enamorados del género, que les apetezca leer algo ligero sin muchas pretensiones.

god i totally broke down into tears when mikoto's mom congratulates her 😭 I’m so glad I decided to revisit this series it truly makes me so happy even now! crazy to think I was reading this back in high school and now at 20 being the same age as them for most of the manga :') I already want to read it again dkfjsdfjsd

A lovely, well-deserved ending—so heartwarming and satisfying. I feel like everything wrapped up just right. The characters got what they truly deserved, and it gave me such a sense of closure. It was a fine chapter to end it all, filled with warmth, reflection, and quiet joy. The whole series was a ride, and I think this finale really honored the journey. Absolutely loved it.

I really loved the series, it was really cute! I loved seeing the main characters grow up together. The story was very lighthearted. The only thing I did not like was that Yanagi kinda turned from very cool and determined to a very weak cry baby. It was kinda hard to watch at the end. That and how dense they both were…there were so many misunderstandings….

i'm so emotional just thinking abt them, i feel like i spent an entire lifetime with them. watching kujou go from being nonchalant to being aware of him was so wonderful, the pacing of the story was so natural. these two lowkey remind me of tamaki and haruhi i'm ngl. i love yanagi so much, my favourite loser 4 ever 🫂 IT'S THE WAY HE'S *starts ranting* SO CONSENSUAL, SO RESPECTFUL, SO UNDERSTANDING OF HER CIRCUMSTANCES, SO PATIENT, SO REASSURING. IT'S THE WAY HE BENDS DOWN AND ASKS HER "what is it?" we didn't rlly go suuuuuuper in depth into some of the characters but i don't rlly mind naomiko being the entire focus. but god do i love them an insufferable amount. they are sooooo you are in love by taylor swift coded. i feel like naomiko's dynamic is a smoothie of all my favourite tropes which is why they were an instant favourite (when i tell u i was WHIPPED after the first chapter and literally convinced this was gonna become one of my favourite mangas after the first volume hahaha)

Ok wow. So I finished this whole series. First of all, WHAT A RIDE. Kujou and Yanagi were truly made for one another 🥺 The fact that they’ve known each other ever since they were kids is so cute, and after 10 long years of pining, Yanagi FINALLY got Kujou to love him back which is just 😭🖐🏻 THAT CONFESSION SCENE THOUGH- I was bawling my eyes out 😭😭😭 AND THE WEDDING—— Ahh this manga is just too much to handle 😭😭😭😭😭 Anyways, I was the biggest weeb in middle school, and I read the beginning of this manga but never finished it,,,,, MAN OH MAN AM I HAPPY I PICKED IT UP AGAIN 😌 All the characters are so damn lovable, and even the characters who get in the way of the main ship (Souma and Momo) are literally not bad at all??? LIKE I LOWKEY LOVE THEM (and ship them 😳) Wait, imagine a Souma and Momo manga series though,,,, I would eat that shit right up 🤩 This series follows some popular tropes and acts cliché sometimes, BUT FUCK IT I’M A SUCKER FOR TRASHY ROMANCE MANGAS AND I’M NOT AFRAID TO ADMIT IT 🥰🥰🥰 All in all, I FUCKING LOVE THIS and highly recommend to other shoujo manga lovers 😊💞

Último tomo de un shojo de género comedia romántica que me ha tenido enganchada un año entero y que, sin ser innovador en nada, me ha conquistado el corazón a cada tomo. Y eso que la autora había concebido esta historia como una de 3 episodios (vamos el tomo1) pero que después pudo seguir.
Una historia de amor divertida y muy recomendable en el que,desde el principio, sabes cómo va a terminar pero que no sabes cómo se va a llegar hasta el final. Y es ahí donde está la gracias de Last Game a la vez que lo bien caracterizados que están los personajes.
Y este tomo es el colofón final a esta aventura, a este último juego que, al final, gana Yanagi.

This manga has caught my attention since it's always in the "most suggested" series. It started okay but later on the pacing of the story became slow. I was getting impatient with both of the main characters since they seem to be chasing each other in parallel lines, their emotions were never intersecting and never meeting. It was only in the two final volumes that these two characters started to realized that they both love each other. I was happy though that they were married at the end. Overall it's still a good shoujo manga.

Conclusi tutti gli 11 volumi in due giorni circa! Storia davvero carinissima, al pari dei disegni che hanno dei tratti delicatissimi (i personaggi non sembrano neanche dei ventenni per il modo in cui sono disegnati). Ho amato profondamente tutto, amo sia questa tipologia di storia (nessun tira e molla, ma tantissimo “spinning around each other” che ad alcuni magari potrebbe dare fastidio) sia questo tipo di disegni.
Consigliatissimo, oltretutto presto verrà portato in Italia e sarà facile avere i volumi cartacei!

I really enjoyed it and I really liked the love triangle when I usually dont
it was a bit too long everywhere,
the love triangle went on for a bit too long, her being dense went on for a bit too long
but the gradual realization was really good and her friends were a good addition, especially the friend that started out as an enemy.
really enjoyed the ending felt like it did come full circle and I usually dont skip any chapters while rereading !! im giving it 5 stars :)

I have loved this series. As time pass by, Kujou shows a soft side and it becomes some what typical. However, I have enjoyed this book, especially all the characters, and the humor is incredible:)
I found myself telling and showing clips of the manga to my friends. So funny!
Yanagi's reactions were so hilarious, I laughed for quite a while.
As a reader of this series for 2 years, I am glad it ended but a little disappointed that I would not enjoy new chapters anymore.
