You can always trust a book by Liz Lark. What makes this spiral-bound book extra special is that it is printed horizontally, and you can stand it up while practicing! Perfect for new ashtanga and power yoga people, or even those who teach those classes. Don't get turned off by the year it was published. It's still a great book.

I liked this from the vantage point of a fresh graduate from yoga teacher training; I appreciated the ideas for adjustments.
