I received an ARC of this book for an honest review.

Honestly... What's Love Got To Do With It is a beautiful, emotional, and unforgettable love story. From the very first page to the very last, Emma Roman has written a story that you will not want to put down. If you want a good book to get lost in, this is the one for you.

It’s love or nothing...

The fact that gramps is still trying to run things from the grave isn’t a new or unique plot. Even so, Emma Roman does deliver compelling characters that have you either wanting to clobber them or hug them. I really enjoyed Can’t Get You Off My Mind, the first book in the Somewhere, TX Bachelors series. I enjoyed What’s Love Got to Do With It? just as much. The idea that three multimillionaire brothers have to each find a bride and create a baby within a year of their grandfather’s death or forfeit their inheritance lends itself well to the possibilities of how each of them will go about getting the job done. What’s Love Got To Do With It? is about how TJ Stinson goes about accomplishing his goal.

The Stinson boys lost their parents at a fairly young age. That doesn’t mean that TJ doesn’t recall the relationship his parents had or his drunken mother, not exactly an endorsement for the state of matrimony. Then he fell in love… and she died right after graduation. So, TJ has a plan… never fall in love. He lives his life as a playboy bachelor with weekend trips to Vegas on a regular basis. The only love he holds in his life is for his brothers and the housekeeper that raised them. So TJ has a plan… advertise for a wife willing to have a kid. Do it all by contract. Absolutely no reason there needs to be any love or romance involved. Then he starts interviewing all the bimbos who apply. It’s not until he is approached by a woman not even on his list that his interests are actually piqued. While she is definitely rocking the looks it’s pretty obvious she actually has a head on her shoulders… something rather questionable with all the other applicants he’s seen. Then he discovers who she is… things couldn’t be more perfect. He could provide the influx of money she needs to support her ranch and he’d get a wife he can actually tolerate. Everything seems a go… then she puts on the brakes. The only problem is TJ isn’t ready to call a halt to the exciting ride a life with Anna Granger promises to be.

Anna Granger came from money, but with that money comes strings she wants nothing to do with. Recently she lost all of her funding for the rehab ranch she runs for disabled kids and vets. Now things are becoming desperate. So, when she overhears TJ interviewing applicants for a wife at the local diner she gets the idea to apply herself. It all sounds like the perfect solution. Marry TJ and have an endless source of funds to run the ranch. Then she hears TJ’s terms… she was all in until he said no to love. Well, she’s all out if there is no possibility of love. Granted she didn’t expect him to fall in insta-love with her… but to say right from the get-go “NO” to any possibility? Well, she wasn’t bringing a child into a loveless home. She’d been there and done that and she sure wasn’t going to do it to any child of hers. But TJ isn’t handing in the towel and he just keeps amping up his game. Anna is already a little too far down the road to love and not at all looking forward to getting her heart broken to bits. That leaves her with one choice… calling daddy.

The connection between these two is hot. TJ is just a little deluded if he thinks he won’t fall in love. Anna, for all her background coming from money, is as down to earth as they come. She’s also suffered a few hard knocks in life. The road to HEA isn’t an easy ride and TJ and Anna will have to traverse a few bumps along the way especially when her past comes knocking. Thankfully all roads lead to love. So in answer to the question “What’s love got to do with it?” Everything!

This is a very fun series, but the the romance here was a little too on again off again for my taste. Anna just can't seem to make up her mind about what she wants to do about TJ and her financial worries. I understand the being unsure part, but she keeps making decisions - starting to follow through - and then changing her mind.

TJ wasn't the best of characters either, although he does redeem himself. He sets out to hurt and trap Anna at one point and I just had a very hard time liking her after that. It took a lot before I'd let him into my mind as the hero again.I'm sorry, but you don't get to take credit for saving the day, if you're the one that ruined it (purposely) to begin with.

There is a lot of humor and fun. The brothers are a great bunch when you get the all together around the dinner table. I'd sit and listen to their lively conversation any day. And Anna has such a heart of gold that you will be cheering for her just about every step of the way.

Only one brother left, and I can't wait to get to find out his story.

It's a fun read with suspense thrown in. The next brother is looking for a wife per their grandfather's stipulation. TJ is going at the arrangement with a buisness approach because he vows to never open his heart to love again. It's just to painful. Anna needs help financially for her ranch and she believes TJ may be her answer. TJ needs to change his bachelor ways if he's going to convince Anna to go along with a marriage deal. A lot of misunderstandings in this one which make for awkward yet funny situations. TJ comes off as this playboy, but his has a heart of gold only if Anna can realize it before it's too late. It's amazing to see what a kind and thoughtful person Anna has become with the what she went through growing up. I love Anna's dog Sasha. What a loyal companion. I really enjoyed the last chapter it really shows how far Anna and TJ have come. It's a beautiful chapter.

Well-written, easy and satisfying quick read.
Railway owner TJ Stinson has to find a wife and have a baby ASAP, thanks to some weird inheritance from his rich grandfather.

Tragically losing his first love a decade ago sent TJ into a spiral of depression, and then carefree playboy behaviour. He's sworn off love, so decides to simply advertise for a wife, being honest about the fact that he's not looking for romance. Deep down he's a good guy, just very emotionally closed off.

Anna owns Saddles for Hope, a horse ranch providing equine therapy. She lives frugally, funnelling all her money into the program which helps children and veterans. When her main sponsor pulls funding she decides to offer herself to TJ in return for his financial support of the ranch.

Anna and TJ have great chemistry, so their transactional relationship soon makes way for a real emotional connection. There is a series of misunderstandings that keep them from realising how much they feel for each other but when Anna's life is threatened, she finally believes how important she is to him.

This book contains descriptive love scenes.

I adored the concept of this book and was intrigued to see another side to this author's writing. Anna and TJ are so cute together and the dynamic and story of their relationship had me glued from start to Finnish. At times I wanted to smack their heads together or just smack tj in the back of the head for saying something stupid that would cause hassle between them. The fact we got to see little insights in to other somewhere Texas characters progress made me so happy. I want to train my dog like sasha she's fantastic. Another fabulous read from this author, I'll be keeping watch on all the books she releases under both of her names from now on 😊

I received an ARC of Emma Roman's What's Love Got To Do With It? in exchange for an honest review. I went into Emma Roman's second book in the Somewhere, TX Bachelors, What's Love Got To Do With It? with super high hopes, but at the same time, totally accepting that TJ would probably not replace the love I have for Roark and Zoe (and their little Zoark baby in the oven in this book). Boy, Mr. Tate Jeremiah made me swoon, made me laugh, made me cry, made me hate him and then made me fall back in love with him!

All the Stintson men are required to get married and have a child within a year following their grandfather's death. While Roark took a much more traditional approach to the matter - meeting his fish-tank girl, Zoe - TJ decides to take it upon himself to interview the entire town of Somewhere, Texas in an attempt to find a wife who would agree to have his children. Honestly, if I were TJ's type, I totally would have been trying to be his wife and bear his children. Every girl who comes in for an interview is the typical blonde woman cliche, with expensive clothes and shoes and the dimwit personality to boot. What TJ isn't expecting is for Anna to be overhearing his predicament to find a wife.

Enter Anna. While she is a blonde, she is the furthest from his usual catch of blondes. She is the owner of the Saddles For Hope Ranch that is in desperate need of a benefactor. As owner, she always is there with the people and doing all the dirty work, so she is a very low-key and laid back dresser - jeans and a t-shirt being her usual attire. Anna realizes she's going to need to up her wardrobe if she plans to get TJ on her side to get him to help her financially on the ranch so that in exchange he can have a wife and child and keep his inheritance.

TJ and Anna are strong individuals on their own, and I loved how author Emma Roman wove their backstories together to show how the two of them became the people they are today. TJ's backstory breaks my heart, and it explains so much why TJ is the way he is. He is going into a marriage with the thought of there being no love attached, but it only takes some time and making tons and tons of mistakes with Anna until he realizes that maybe there's more to this arrangement than a loveless marriage with a child.

As I said, I thought that Roark was my favorite book boyfriend of all time. TJ has given Roark a run for his money, and the man has TONS of money! Roark had a softness to him behind his stoic exterior, whereas TJ was a more approachable face but had built walls up over time. These Stinson men are handsome men inside and out with each page I read about them. I had the perfect image of Roark in my mind (Nyle DiMarco) and for TJ, I couldn't help but imagine Chris Pratt to be him. While attractive and flirty, he still has the class and dignity of the Stinson name.

What's Love Got to Do With It? made me laugh so hard and cry so hard all within the same chapter. Warning for the readers, the first time you read Tate Jeremiah is TJ's name, make sure you're not drinking anything or brushing your teeth (like I was doing). You will choke on your own spit and laugh through toothpaste. Conversely, there are some hauntingly beautiful lines that just stuck with me and broke my heart for TJ. The thought of "Love wasn't in the cards for him. Not anymore," made my eyes well up. Even Anna had her own demons to face with her upbringing, telling her friend, "I want to feel loved, Terry. Is that so much to ask for?" Much with Roark and Zoe, TJ and Anna are bad about not expressing their feelings toward each other! This must be a Stinson man thing.

Emma Roman handled the third person perspectives beautifully. It transitioned seamlessly between TJ and Anna's thoughts and actions, never leaving me confused as to who was thinking what. While Anna was a little bit of a cliche at the beginning with a specific aspect about herself (no spoilers!), the way things unfolded for her and TJ was done well and believable. I hate that Anna has bad luck and the things she kept from TJ, but at the same time, she had her reasons because she didn't want to be in a loveless marriage.

I told myself I wouldn't get rambly with my review, and look at me. There was just so much I enjoyed about this book and very little in the way of criticisms. One quirky little line I loved was the references to Facebook and Twitter with the #SomewhereBachelor! I am totally going to use this hashtag when talking about the Stinson men from now on. If I were to make any criticisms, it would be how quickly Anna and TJ's physical romance and chemistry budded, considering Anna's past. I know it was a part of her letting go, but at the same time, it didn't 100% mesh up with who she was as a person.

Also, I am not usually a fan of epilogues. I'm the kind of person that says, "Cut the epilogue out." I don't like everything to be so resolute at the end of a book and enjoy it to be open to further discussion and interpretation. This was one of the rare instances where I enjoyed the epilogue and wanted more to hear about TJ and Anna's little baby girl. I have no awesome designer name for TJ and Anna's babies like I do with Zoark babies, but I think that Anna would probably like it that way to where she's not in the limelight.

Hands down, I give this book a 5/5 star rating. I am now eagerly waiting to hear Nic's story and am praying that he dumps the blob of a girlfriend he's with in exchange for another woman. It is such a fun world with the Stinson men!!

TJ needs a wife and a baby. Anna needs money to keep her therapy farm running. A big donor pulled out and she is desperate. Therefore when she hears billionaire TJ interviewing potential candidates for wife, she decides to become one of them. Continual misunderstandings make this an interesting story.

Why does anyone accept abuse?

I liked the story, although grandpa's requirements were hard to believe as we're the dumb interviews. The Stinsons all living in the same house and just collecting money was off-putting as well. The abuse was just sick.

Review:
Grampa Stinson has struck again! I enjoyed his antics in book 1 - Can't Get You Off My Mind, and he only gets craftier in the second instalment of the Somewhere, TX Bachelor series, even after his death. Not wanting to give up his bachelor advantages, TJ figures that if he puts an add in the newspaper, he'll be able to avoid the dating scene and jump straight to the wife and the 'baby mama' without the hassles. In comes Anna who believes she's perfect for the part - no fuss, no mess, and since emotions aren't involved and she's only in it to keep her business afloat, it was one business deal that the two would benefit. As the two get to know one another better, the chemistry builds up to a point where they can no longer deny it and give in to the temptation - only, the fake marriage they were banking their 'money' on, has just become so very real. There is no twenty thousand ways to go about reviewing this book - only because I really enjoyed it and don't want to take ten minutes gushing about each and every aspect that had me hooked. I've been a fan of Emma Roman's (Krystal Shannan's alias name) for quite some time and although the genre is different, the thrill and the attachment to the characters haven't changed. While Emma Roman writes contemporary romance, What's Love Got To Do With It has all the makings of being a great addition to the Somewhere, TX series (which it is) and keeping readers wanting more and coming back for more. It's the type of book that I'd recommend to add to nay romance fans - at least those with a general preference for it - and I know that this is one series that will continue to make me laugh at an old man's last wish to see his grand children happily married.

Oh my goodness!!! I received What's Love Got To Do With It: Somewhere, TX Bachelors by Emma Roman as an ARC in exchange for an honest review and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!!

Grandpa Stinson left a stipulation in his will that his grandson’s had to get married and have a baby in order to inherit the family’s multimillion dollar business. Out of the three brothers only Roark is close to completing the stipulation with a wife and baby on the way. TJ is has come up with a plan and is interviewing potential wife candidates at the All-Nighter Cafe.

Anna Granger runs the Saddles For Hope Ranch and was at the All-Nighter Café when she overheard a conversation between TJ Hinson and the waitress. He is interviewing women to be his wife. Anna started thinking that maybe if she could play his girlfriend, may even be his wife; maybe she could get the funding to keep the Ranch in business. Anna leaves the café and calls her friend Terry to see if she can lend her an outfit. TJ likes his women in short skirts and showing cleavage.

Anna walks into the Café a different woman thanks to her makeover from her friend Terry and sees TJ sitting in the same both alone. Anna gets up the nerve and goes over to his table and sits down. TJ looks up and asks if he got the times mixed up. Anna tells him that she didn’t have an appointment but would like to speak with him about his interviews. TJ asks her if she is a reporter and she tells him no. Anna tells him that she overheard him talking yesterday. TJ is thinking that the name is familiar and asked if they have met before. She is nervous so she blurts out that he needs a wife and she needs a husband with deep pockets, hoping they could help each other.

TJ is intrigued with Anna and asks why she needs the money. Anna tells him that she runs the therapy ranch for children and veterans called Saddles For Hope just outside of town. She lost her base investor and needs to another endowment to replace it. There is something about Anna, so he puts everything on the table and says; so you’re willing to marry a complete stranger and have a baby in less than a year? He explains that due to the stipulations of his grandpa’s will he doesn’t have time to date, convince someone to marry him and have a baby. He tells her that she seems more together than anyone he has interviewed and asks if she is willing to talk more in depth, they could go on a date.

Anna was okay with being TJ’s wife but she doesn’t want to bring a child into a loveless marriage.

TJ finds that there is more to Anna than meets the eye. She doesn’t want the money for herself she wants to be able to help people.

You have to read TJ’s and Anna story!!! You will love it!! Can’t wait to see what happens in the next book!

Loving a good challenge, TJ Stinson put an ad in the local paper for a wife and “baby mama” but his determination to get the job done may lead to a bit more than he was expecting in this exciting romance.

Anna Granger decided that she’d be perfect for the “role” and the reader can’t help but be captivated as TJ and Anna learn that there is more to life than just prestige and money. The chemistry sizzles from the first meeting but it’s not as hot as the fireworks that flare from every page while these two try to work out their parts in this challenging romance and no matter how hot the passion is, they both have to deal with quite a bit of emotional fallout due to their pasts which has readers commiserating with each of them. These strong, charismatic characters steal reader’s hearts while moving them to tears and causing some spontaneous chuckles as well in this fast paced and smooth flowing plot full of suspense, excitement and romance.

The romance between these two cause quite enough expectation and tension building all on its own but Anna’s dealing with some occupational issues as well which adds to the excitement, causes TJ to make a few missteps in his pursuit and brings a figure from the past who instigates a bit of excitement and turbulence as well. The intriguing events that take place in this courtship draw the reader in and refuse to let go especially with all vivid images that the well written scenes make come to life.

Somewhere, Texas sure is a great place to visit for some romantic entertainment and sexy bachelors that get what they deserve and with Grandpa Stinson’s will stipulations adding so much chaos with the brothers there is never a dull moment to be found and I can’t wait to find out what happens in the next Stinson brother’s quest to find a bride before time runs out.

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review.

In this book we get TJ Stinson's story we also are introduced to Anna Granger in this book. In this book we find out how TJ plans on fulfilling his part of the stipulations in his grandfathers will. However TJ isn't looking for love he is just looking for a wife willing to have a baby. TJ was hurt by the lose of more than one person and doesn't want to put himself through this again. So he feel like if he keeps it all business then he will be able to continue to protect himself.

Anna has had a hard life herself and TJ's wealth would be help her and intimidates her at the same time. Anna needs money to keep her ranch going. Most of the year this ranch is used to help both disabled kids and veterans. So when she overhears TJ talking about his proposal she thinks she can do this. The only problem is when she hears about the original proposal she didn't hear anything about the baby part. After the that she grew up she can't do that to any child. The way that TJ makes it sound the only reason he wants a child is to get his wealth not to love the child.

This book can be read as a stand alone I would recommend the first book just to understand some of the people that are referenced in this book. I thought this book is amazing, it really shows you want the power of love can do for someone if they open their heart up to it. Also it shows how futile it is to run from anything that might make you feel after you have had life altering tragedies. In this book we see to stubborn and driven people make many mistakes only to find that there might be more out there if they can just give it a shot. We also find many other people who are willing to put bumps in that road of finding that shot. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone.

Oh how I wish Somewhere Texas was real! I would so hop in my car and go visit! This town has it all....the real human folks and the panoramas too. Just search Somewhere,TX here on Amazon to find more books about this amazing town.

Let me catch ya up real quick if you have not read book 1, which you do not have to have read to get this book at all BUT it is good so I would advise reading it. Grandpa Stinson decided his heirs needed a push in order to find their other halves so he made them find them by doing so in his will. In order to inherit the billionaire dollar business the boys have to find a wife and have a baby. OH Boy can you just imagine the looks on these playboys faces....

TJ has decided he will go about this like a business and puts an ad in the paper and gets all kinds of replies. He happens to be at the local diner "interviewing" when he is approached by a gal who is not on the list of women to be interviewed. Annie owns the a local farm that is a charity based business that works with the disabled and vets helping them through her horses. She is quickly running out of funding and has been turned down by everyone. She decided she will marry TJ in exchange for money to keep Saddles for Hope running. Funny thing is she had no idea about the baby.

Once TJ gets a look at Annie all the other made up, poofed up, fake girls just will not do. It has to be Annie. Weird how life makes you do things you really had no plan on doing isn't it. TJ sets out to win her and trips a few times along the way. We get to see Annie and learn about her life growing up and why she will not give into TJ and bring a child into a business only marriage.... but is it just that? As in Somewhere, TX life is never what it seems to be.
I was gifted this book for an honest review...My advise is to grab and read it! Now off to find Somewhere, TX.

'WHAT'S LOVE GOT TO DO WITH IT' by Emma Roman

The Stinson's brothers were left one stipulation, one rule in their grandfathers will, they had to get married and have a baby if they want their family's multibillion dollar business. Neither of the brothers were happy but there was nothing they could do about it.

TJ Stinson is the playboy bachelor who loves a good challenge. So he accepts his fate and puts an ad in the local paper, looking for a wife and 'mother of his child-to-be'. TJ interviews the woman, making sure they know it is in contract only. But that all changes when his approached with a proposal.

Anna Granger runs 'Saddles for Hope'. A equine ranch that helps with the needs of special needs children and veterans, offering the therapy they require. When she overhears one of the interviews, she comes up with a plan that wil be beneficial to both her and Mr Stinson. In theory, it's the perfect solution to both their predicaments but life is just never that simple.

Can TJ and Anna work together through past hurts, abusive families and misunderstandings, towards a future thats filled with love and laughter.

I loved TJ and Anna's story. It was a really cute read and I loved the storyline. The concept was different and very enjoyable. The characters were very likable, TJ is the billionaire playboy who can get and have whatever he wants until he meets Anna and Anna the plain virgin ranch owner who is strong and wasn't going to fall at his feet, they worked perfectly together. I loved that we got to see a bit of the Somewhere, TX Bachelors mixed with the VonBrandt Family. There were a few grammatical errors in places, but overall it was a very enjoyable read!

What's love got to do with it is book 2 in Emma Romans Somewhere Texas Bachelors series.

Grandpa Stinson is still causing havoc in his families lives from the grave.
The stipulation that his grandsons must be married with an heir on the way within a year to keep their inheritance is a sticky one. That's why TJ Stinson has decided to keep everything simple, honest and up front by taking out an add and interviewing potential candidates for his wife. Less messy that way and absolutely no chance of falling in love.

Anna Granger is desperate for funds to keep her therapeutic ranch for veterans and children open, when she overhears the answer to all her problems. TJ Stinson is interviewing for a wife? She can totally put up with being his wife in a loveless relationship if it's means saving her ranch.

But what happens when neither of them are pretending anymore? Their pasts have a way of creeping back up on them and teaching them there's more to life than just prestige and money.

I loved this book. Even though it follows the same situation as the first book, it follows a different brother and his very different approach to Grandpa Stinsons ultimatum. Emma Roman can always be counted on for her originality and humour

Both Anna and TJ have suffered in the past, even though, for very different reasons. I love that they come together and end up being the perfect other half for each other. A very worthy addition to the series.

It is now going to be interesting to see how how the last brother Nic handles this.

I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
**SPOILERS** This is the second book in the series where we see the TJ Stinson trying to find a wife and baby within the year to meet Grandpa Stinsons will. In this book TJ decides to takes things more by the horns and rather than wait around and hope for the best, takes an add in the local newspaper for a wife, during those interviews Anna over hears him talking and decides that this could be that answer to her financial problems on her horse ranch so she approaches TJ and suggestes that she be his wife. I loved Anna, she was a no-nonse female and she knows what she wants, and although she's attracted to TJ, who wouldn't be?, she also doesn't want to complicate things, she knows that whilst he needs a wife for him to fulfil his Grandpas will, she also needs his money to keep her ranch from going bankrupt so they make a deal. However, with everything things are never that straight forward and Anna soon realises that she cant go through with it and backs out, but TJ has other ideas and has already decided that Anna is going to be his no matter what.
I thorougly enjoyed this book, it was full of love, laughter and some additional sinister goings on and made for a really jam packed read. I have to admit to having a soft spot for TJ as he was just such a sweetie, and seemed to really care for Anna from the get go and was really there for her during her time of need. I'm really looking forward to this series continuing and hope that the next book is out soon so I can find out the other brothers story.
a definite recommendation, 5 Stars.

I received this for a honest review. I love this authors books and have enjoyed another story of the Stinson boys.

TJ Stinson was a handsome playboy. It is almost funny how he thought of going about finding a woman to marry him and give him a child. TJ wanted nothing to do with love. He wanted more of a business transaction. What is more surprising is the women willing to step up and apply for the job.

Anna Granger was a beautiful smart woman. She so needed to save her ranch. She had overheard TJ interviewing women and thought she could sacrifice marry a handsome man like TJ to save her ranch. I loved how open an honest she was when she talked to him. She did not beat around the bush. What she was not expecting was the deal came with having a baby. She did not know if she could bring a child into that type of situation.

TJ wants Anna. He is a man that always gets what he wants. He has his work cut out for him because Anna is not budging. It seems like every time things might go their way another road block comes in the way. There is so much misunderstand between the two. Some situations are just right out funny.

I found this an amazing love story. The story of TJ and Anna is very touching. TJ has some past hurt that has made him put a wall up around his heart. Anna has some things in her past and in her present that is heartbreaking. As you read their story you will see how perfect they are for each other. They are not only each others life line and saving grace but also brings healing to one another. This is one amazing story you do not want to miss out one.

the will of their grandfather left them all in a bit of a pickle. they need to fins a wife and preferably one who wants to have a baby within a year ...
they all hated their grandfather for that stipulation to hold on to the family company and funds.
Tj decides just finding a woman isn't his way, he'll make a list and choose the best one! a friendship is al he's after, some compatibility in the bedroom wouldn't be bad either but he didn't want more. at the local cafe he's having one interview after another and none of the beautiful woman gives him a spark.
the second day of interviews is about to start when Anna slips into the booth and makes the best pitch of them all. only she never was on his list! but screw his list, he likes her!
everything starts of fast but their connection is real, but what when some things create some misunderstandings and what should have been pretending isn't longer pretending?
will anna and TJ be able to work through the misunderstandings and admit to each other what they really feel?

another stellar addition to the somewhere tx bachelors. the stinton brothers have a hard time with the will but they find strong women while they're at it! love reading these. you just know they each have their own character but when it comes to their newfound family they're fierce and protective but more importantly they're brothers and they don't make things easy on each other either!!
loved the bantering and ribbing they give each other.

This book opens with TJ's amusing way to find a wife, interviewing women who have applied to his ad. Honestly it's presented in a manner that makes a person want to LOL. Even better is the interaction with the waitress and I almost wish I was her because it would of made my day watching the interviews and trying not to laugh.

TJ starts out the consummate bachelor and the author does a great job of showing his character progression throughout the book in his interactions with Anna. There is never a point in the story that I didn't like him. He is in fact extremely likable just resistant to marriage and children. This is of course a big thing since his grandpa had The rule: Get married and have a baby. As with all characters it is interesting to find out what made him so resistant to the rule or situation and I found TJ's plausible.

Anna is a gutsy women that is no fluff but pure women who knows what she wants. Personally I can relate to her more than the interviewees because she is more down to earth. As with TJ, Anna has a few personal road blocks that the author presents in a compassionate understanding manner.

This is a real life book dealing with real life situations that is well written and entertaining as well as dramatic. I give it 4 STARS.

What's Love Got To Do With It (Somewhere, TX Bachelors, #2)
by Emma Roman

"The rule: Get married and have a baby.

When Grandpa Stinson dies, he expects nothing more than to keep his grandsons together, running the family's multibillion-dollar business. But he's got just one unfaltering rule: they have to get married and have a baby first. The brothers disagree...wholeheartedly.

But it's set in stone.

Follow the rule or you're one grandson out of luck..."

TJ has the fool proof plan.....he will put out an ad and do interviews. Love isn't something he does and doesn't lie. He prefers the straightforward approach. Marry him and have his baby and he will give you financial stability, companionship and great sex. Not necessarily in that order. But, it has to happen quickly.

So far none of the women are panning out, then Anna "crashes" his booth at the diner and he really wants to get to know her. She wants to date though. This is where things start to go bad.

Anna over hears TJ Stinson interviewing a woman.....to be his wife. Well, she could do that. He wants a no love marriage in return for financial payment....basically. She needs funds to keep Saddles For Hope running. Only when it gets down to it, can she really bring a child into a loveless marriage? After what she went through growing up, nope.

Grandpa Stinson, that sneaky old man, knew what he was doing setting up his grandchildren the way he did. He knew something they didnt, but they're learning it...

TJ Stinson is known for his playboy ways. Love em and leave em is his M.O. and its worked for him for a while. But now that he must get married and have a baby he decides to approach it differently than his older brother Roark. He places an ad in the papers and begins his interviews.

Anna Granger, who works and owns the Hope for Saddles ranch, overhears TJ's interviews and decides the perfect thing is to agree to be his wife to gain funding that she needs. A win win for both of them. Until a baby is mentioned. After her life growing up she wont bring a child into the world or in a relationship thats been made clear. TJ doesn't WANT a wife and baby, he needs them. Changing her mind creates more chaos. Not her fault but it does.

Among harassment, misundestandings, and family they get their fair share of trouble throughout it all.

But once TJ realizes that he does want Anna and more he has to put in the work to prove it to her. Not only that, but he needs to make her believe it.

I loved seeing Emma's world collide with Krystal's world but never crossing the barrier between the two. Its always nice to catch little easter eggs hidden within it all.

TJ Stinson and his brothers have been given a year to marry and have children upon the passing of their grandfather. TJ is the middle brother, bachelor elite and known as the player. Never looking for commitment or a relationship of any kind. He approaches this as a business arrangement and puts an ad in the local newspaper, taking applications for the role of his "wife".
Anna Granger runs the Saddles for Hope Ranch, overhears TJ's conversation with a potential candidate, and decides she may be able to fulfill this role to save her ranch from going under.
She agrees to a dinner date with TJ and as they are approaching the restaurant he explains how he must marry and conceive a child or forfeit his inheritance. Anna had not realized that a child would be part of this arrangement, and they argue as to their different views upon children.

They are both running from their pasts and yet, can not deny the pull and attraction they have for each other. An incredible journey to finding yourself and not settling for less. Money and prestige are not all that important as spending your life happy and with someone.

I received an arc in exchange for an honest review, and as having not reading the first in this series yet, I plan on backtracking as well as looking forward to book 3.
You definitely will enjoy the adventure and be rooting along with the characters to come around.
