This is a cookbook published by Curves. It is a complete nutritional diet that includes several weekly plans. It also has recipes that should be included in the diet plan. In addition to the recipes and diet plan, it has numerous weight control and exercise routines that should be followed in order to lose weight healthfully.
I'm not going to join Curves but this book was informative and did have some good stuff in it to try. I liked the different charts that were in the book and I think I'm going to try using them and see if it will help me loose weight. I also liked some of the quotes that were throughout the book. The only thing I didn't like is all the talk about God, and quotes from the bible. It's a book about weight loss and getting healthy, which doesn't have anything to do with God, and in fact was simeply distracting and annoying.
