Was interested in learning about some of the recipes for eating raw, but I am having trouble trusting the sources of information regarding salmonella and other potential negative implications of a diet touted as really beneficial.

9.5/10.

Cooking denatures food and creates carcinogenic toxins that your body must cleanse. Thus, with cooked food (meat, pasteurized milk, etc.) your body works triple for one-third of the nutrients. Aajonus has compiled a great book with tons of biochemical studies and logic to prove the above statement. The natural human diet is free of drugs and pills, and is full of raw meat and dairy. I never realized how qualitatively different raw meat/dairy is from cooked meat/dairy. Any major temperature change in food (irradiation, heating, freezing) causes severe nutritional loss in the food.

Read this book, check out the youtube channel “Goatis”, and his old videos (now deleted), under the name of “Sv3rige” on archive.org. I can provide links if anyone needs them.

In this book you will find some valid arguments for why eating raw animal products is beneficial for your health.

The final authority on FOOD AS MEDICINE. Want to cure yourself of...well...anything? Read it, as well as his other book, "We Want to Live - The Primal Diet" (Expanded and Revised in 2005). We Want to Live The Primal Diet (2005 Expanded Edition) by Aajonus Vonderplanitz
