Awesome, impactful, and meaningful stories on the life of a missionary. Flay not only covers his interactions around the world as a missionary, but he makes a point to highlight the importance of his wife and family along the path of his ministry as well.

I met Mr. Allen on my Meals on Wheels route. He invited me into his home to meet his wife and gave me a copy of his book. I read the entire book in a few days. Mr. Allen has live a remarkable and beautiful life. His stories from the mission field are interesting and I am honored to have received a copy. Hearing about the 50 years he spent in the mission field was truly inspiring. Each story is short and concise which I appreciated so I could read them out loud with my family.

The next time I had his route with MOW his daughter answered the door and gave us a copy of a CD with guitar arrangements he had done - which I read about in the book. So honored.

Flay Allen's book was inspiring and enjoyable. I had the privilege of visiting and giving my testimony in his church in Elche, Spain. I met him at Southside Baptist Church in Greenville, SC where we were able to financially support his ministry. This book is a collection of short stories of his ministry and life on the mission field. It is a very easy read and, for me, filled in a lot of gaps in my knowledge about his life. But, even if you do not know the Allens, you will enjoy this book if you love the Lord and like to hear of people's lives being transformed by the power of the Gospel.
