That was then, fast forward several years later, as Beta to La Patron, Angus’ commitment to his Alpha is absolute. So when he is sent out of the country with instructions to tell no one, not even Silas, Angus balks. It’s only when he learns the fate of his mate is in his hands that he abides by the rules and walks away from everything he’s come to love.

oh my goodness, this book was the fastest paced book of the bunch! I hope it's not the last book of this series!!!
Reading this book was one the the craziest twists and turns that I've ever had the pleasure and privilege to get to read!!! I hope that everyone gets the opportunity to read this book and the whole series from Birthright to here!!! I would definitely recommend that you get all of the La Patron book and all of the books that go with this book, because you will find yourself reading this particular series again and again!!! Great job, Sydney!!!

In Angus's story, he finds his mate but their bonding could lead to the end of the Wolf Nation. We find out the backstory of the Wolf nation and how the gods play a part. We find out about the feud between the goddess and Nicromaja. We find out about the shenanigans that almost brings the Nation to its knees. Brother Against brother with the testing of the mate bond. Lies and deceptions are revealed. Whew!!! Excellent read!

No one comes between mates, no one
That is something even Necromja and the Chancellor had to relearn. This story was a great suspense trying to figure out who started this journey and why. I was wondering how much longer Angus would have to wait for his mate. He comes across her at last. Even though their meeting was less than ideal, we see that the mating bond is still just as strong regardless. Shyla Mason wanted what her best friend Vanessa and her mate Ethan had. Now she knew what the mating bond was all about and she and her mate Angus were grateful. But, their mating comes at a cost. Angus has to choose between his life and his mate's life or her life would be in jeopardy. This whole drama was started by scorn and revenge. But those involved were soon reminded that no one comes between mates, pack and their alpha. One especially does not come between the bond of Jasmine and Silas. We see just what Jasmine is capable of here.
Just when the reader thinks the whole situation is resolved, the author pulls the reader into another drama that the newly mated couple has to fight through again. Even Asia's secrets have to be protected at all costs. With the support of all they love, we see Angus and Shyla begin their long-awaited life with their mates.

Great story
This book was about love and family. Angus loved his bother to the point of dying to save the wolf nation and his mate. Once again Sweet Bitch made you laugh and root for her, because she would move heaven and hell for family, pack and Wolfie.

Again Ms Addae's has written an outstanding story of the Knights...
Fast paced erotic paranormal romance, one of the best I've read just could not put the book down. I honestly didn't want it to end I cannot get enough of this series and cannot wait for the next instalment!!!

Not sure if this is the last in this particular series or not, if so it is finishing with a bang. Very enjoyable story with interesting characters who grab your interest immediately.

It always starts as a small thing. A piece of paper. A dream. Next thing you are being sucked into another place and having to fight for your life! The La Patron series did well by adding this tale. Truly addictive.

Had me from go!
Angus is a bad asks from the start! He's smart and sexy but I never thought he had a mate. This book had me on edge the entire time. Jasmine shows who she truly is with her power and love of her mate. I recommend you read the entire Lapatron series. This keep you with the action, the interaction, the fear, the sex and above all love.

Long live Wolf Nation
I'm in love with this series. I've read every one of them and a couple of them 2 or 3 times. I was so excited to see this one I think I burned my finger doing the one click! Angus is awesome, I've loved him from the first meeting with Silas. He is strong, loyal and true to those he cares for and I was so happy he found a strong, beautiful mate. Shyla is a smart, strong woman who fits great with Angus. They both love history, learning and have so much in common. To have that strong love between them was great. What they went through was bad...but strong wolf's fought with the help of family. I found the story line interesting and didn't see it coming. Definitely recommend this along with the rest of the series. I loved the way the whole pack was brought into the story. Can't wait for another story with La Patron's pack. Don't pass this one up...BUT you should start at the beginning it will make more sense. Wish I could give it more star's!

Worth waiting For
After reading Ethan, I had my suspicions that Shyla and Angus were the next power couple. The story was great from beginning to end. Angus and Silas are truly alphas. Jasmine and Shyla are no damsels in distress . They can kick butts. There was never a lag in the story or a dull moment. Page turning suspense and drama throughout. The appearance of Grandfather was an added bonus along with the portrayal of the Goddess having character flaws. Silas and the Wolf Nation always thought of her as perfection but her interaction with the other gods displayed her vulnerable side. The mating between Shyla and Angus was great. But I can not get enough of Silas and Jasmine. They truly are the best power couple.

Angus finally gets his mate!
Sydney this has to be your best story in the La Patron yet! Angus has waited a long time to meet his mate the sexy nerdy librarian Shyla Mason. What a perfect match this couple are to each other! I felt like I was watching a movie the way this story flowed off the pages it only took me a full 24 hours to finish this entire book! Definitely a must read if you like paranormal action, drama and romance all wrapped in one book! BRAVO Sydney Addae I LOVE your La Patron series and I LOVE you as an writer and an artist!

Aggrivating
Good storyline but aggravating. Jasmine got on my nerves. How can she be more powerful than the gods she worshipped & why does she get to say the mate bond trumps all but not understand Renee's point of view. Too many oxymorons. My least favorite in the Series thus far.

Such a great story
This sucker went places I didn't expect and involved characters I never would have thought were involved and basically changed everything going forward! So good! 4.5 stars. Can't wait for the next book in the series! And now I want to reread everything from the beginning.

This story had it all! Passion, drama, and mystery. Sydney Addae did a great job writing the twists and turns. Questions were answered and I love Shyla . Jasmine Knight is still just as Bad Ass!

Normally a series of this length would start to run out of steam; but it just seems to get better and better. Like others; I was waiting for the story of Angus and his mate. It was worth the wait and very informative. Can't wait to see where Sydney goes from here

Love at first read
When I first saw the La Patrons series I was so excited. I finally found a series I could get into again. I TRULY enjoyed these books. I am so looking forward to the story of The La Patrons Pups especially David and Sarita.

I love Sydney Addae world she has created, each book is better and better. I cannot put them done until I finished. The storyline are so original, intriguing, drama, suspense , sizzling hot I can't wait for the next book. I would highly recommend this series.

Enjoyable
This is the first book I've read in this series. I really enjoyed it. I'm not real crazy about the female mate's being called "B's" , but I guess that goes wIth the theme. I'm not adverse to reading other works from this author
