في البداية كان الكتاب محبطا قليلا لأنه مشابه لمعظم كتب تطوير النفس بالتحدث عن الأهداف و وضعها لكن فيما بعد يصبح ثريا بالمعلومات .عن العقل عن فصي المخ وعملهما عن اسباب تصرفاتنا عن شعورنا و حواسنا عن وعينا وقدرتنا على القيام ببراعة بأمور دون وعي وكيف نصل إلى هذه المرحلة الخلابة من المهارة.

احببت الفصول التي تتكلم عن فهم ذواتنا وتحديد افضلياتنا في التفكير( بصري حركي سمعي). وعن التدريبات التي وضعت لتطوير طرائق التفكير.

التدريبات اسلوبها غريب بالنسبة لي، لم اعهد تدريبات تجعل الأنسان يغير طريقة تفكيره في قضية ما بأساليب متعددة . كأنما القول المعهود( انظر إلى المشكلة من زاوية جديدة) يتحقق هنا . حيث يتم حل المشكلة التي اعتاد الانسان حلها بطريقته المعهودة بطرائق جديدة مبتكرة.

احببت الفصل الذي يلقي الضوء على تدريبات تساعد الإنسان على التخلص من عادة لايحبها في نفسه.

في بداية شرحه لكون البشر لهم افضلية تفكير بصري و سمعي وحركي. كان امرعاديا لم اكن اشعر بأنه يؤثر جدا على العلاقات، إلا عندما وضع مثال عن زوجين كل منهما ينتمي لفئة وكتب حوارا معتادا جدا بين الأزواج عندما يتجادلون ويستائون من بعضهم. ولكن عندما حلل الحوار كان امرا مذهلا كيف انهما لايستطيعان فهم بعضهما بسبب انتمائهما لفئتين مختلفتين فما هو ذو قيمة قوية لدى احدهما لايعني شيء لدى الأخر على الإطلاق. فتعبير كل منهما عن حبه لا يصل إلى الأخر لهذا السبب.

من الأفضل قراءته قراءة عامة متواصلة دون التوقف للتدريبات واخذ فكرة عن كل ما الإنسان مقبل عليه ثم قراءته وتنفيذ التدريبات بروية لأنها تحتاج إلى وقت ليعتاد الإنسان عليها

إنه كتاب رائع ومفيد احببته.

I am still not convinced.

NLP would not work in a Gulag, would not work in Communist China, would barely work in the EU, would not change vested interests from murdering the billionaire Shermans right before COVID.

NLP does not pay for college. Does not make up for crimes committed against any innocent.

No NLP practitioner ever started a farm school, a literacy center, or acted to stop water pollution instead of pulling the three-card-monty money/power grab known as "climate change".

It seems to be self-hypnosis for the "gonna-get-me-mine" crowd.

Two stars for providing context on this mind technique and for exercises that short-circuit "sticking thinking".

Though, let's be honest, Dear Reader, a good community, a good career, good hobbies and good health practices, good food and decent, working interpersonal relationships would make this set of mental gymnastics irrelevant.

I tend to try and get something out of everything. The real message to take away from these books is that if you want to achieve something, just set a goal and work at it. If possible, try to devise more efficient and productive manners of achieving it. But things like NLP are basically pseudoscientific and unsubstantiated. At best, what might be offered are extraneous factors.
