I found my way to this book via the BCS Business Analysis textbook’s presentation of the mess/data/problem/idea/solution/acceptance model, and I had to know more. I’m struggling with 4 Stars as a score, BUT it’s a composite of some really strong material that really made me think and was very creative (so 5 stars), AND some writing style that made me just fizzle out … (so 2 Stars!!). However I do return to the materials. I will probably read this again eventually.
