Refreshing escapism
Hooked within the first two chapters of bks 1.
Absolutely a refreshing escapism to the paranormal realms, looking forward to the next instalments to the series.
Thoroughly enjoyed each and every single book, the characters are well written, the twists and comical scenes amongst the steam of passion with some gritty keeps you gripped.
These books were recommended to some friends as a group read, I've been told non stop throughout the read through how much they're enjoying them and we have found another fantastic author to follow.

I loved the first three books, and didn't think that the series could get any better - I was so wrong. This book was even better...
Ethan is the perfect hero of the story - strong, sexy, passionate, compassionate, and funny.
Lexie is a great heroine who is emotional fragile but she has gained strength through her emotional pain.
The pace was fast, with no down times for the characters, and a real story that kept you rooting for them throughout.
I am sooooo looking forward to the next instalment, because this series gets better and better!!

Awesome series
I've never liked books that devoted chapters to specific characters, but with this series, it's absolutely appreciated! This series has so many charismatic characters that I love being in touch with their actions and feelings and the way they interact with the others and the progress of the story. In other words, I highly recommend this whole series! And it's not over yet....

Absolutely enchanting
Ethan Tourmaline is evuer woman's dream, but he has eyes for only one. Follow his story as he learns what it's like to have family, both good and bad. This is one of the best novels I have read all year. Please note that you must read the gates of hell trilogy to understand this book better. Props to CR Robertson on this masterpeice.

I really enjoyed Ethan's story, its fast paced with a great storyline. Here he meets his twin flame Electra, Drakes sister and boy do sparks fly!! In this book Ethan takes on more powerful responsibilities and the greatest threat to his family. I highly recommend this book, along with the series!! A lot of action, sex, humor, and great characters!!

You feel Ethan's pain from the start, already having lost everything, he now feels like he's loosing who he is as well. Inheriting powers he never knew existed, a life he doesn't want but has to accept for the safety of all who is dear to him.

So, I actually finished this ages ago and forgot to write my review 😕 I love this entire series but have to admit Ethan's story touched me more than the rest. To get the full affect of his story, you should definitely start the series from the beginning.

I've liked Ethan since he was first introduced in this series and I loved Ethan's and Electra's story. These books have kept me captivated and wanting more.

I could not put it down. I love Ethan and Lexie. These books are very well written. I feel their pain and get emotionally pulled into the stories. Love it.

Loved it!
I loved this book. Especially reading Athena’s POVs. It is fast paced, I loved Ziggy’s attitude and the “you’re grounded” scene was absolutely hilarious!

Loved it
Another amazing book by CR Robertson. So loved watching Ethan and Electra. I don't know how CR does it but I find myself not hating one of the bad guys and just feeling sorry for them. Amazing now I need to read the next one.
