Michelle Moore is a writer, brand specialist, public relations practitioner, mother, model and pageant titleholder. A partner at brand activation agency Involve and president of More Marketing Communications, she specializes in health, wellness and fitness communications.

In 2002, she was crowned Mrs. Ohio America and went on to earn her spot in the Top 10 at Mrs. America. This visibility led to her co-starring role in an episode of MTV’s Made as a Made coach for a pageant competitor. Five years later, Michelle headed back to the stage to win the title of Ohio’s Perfect Woman and then on to win the national title becoming the first America’s Perfect Woman.

With her modeling start at 17, she has been featured in numerous campaigns, including being in the Carol Wior Swimwear calendar, on jeans hang tags for Express and having her legs hang over the New York Stock Exchange for DSW when it went public.

She holds a B.A., Journalism, from The Ohio State University and lives in Columbus, Ohio.

Tên tiếng Việt của sách là “Thao túng tâm lý trong tình yêu”. Tôi không rõ mục đích của việc đổi tên sách của tác giả một cách chóng mặt như vậy, do cụm từ “thao túng” đang viral ở năm tháng gần đây chăng? Điều này khiến mn nhận thức sai về nội dung của tác phẩm.
Sick Love không hề bày vẽ cho bạn những thủ thuật để thao túng tâm lý người bạn tình hay con mồi của bạn, mà qua nội dung sách chia sẻ bạn những cảm xúc, dấu hiệu và mách bạn cách đối diện với chúng qua câu chuyện và hành động của nhân vật.
Về mặt đánh giá cá nhân quyển sách mang cho tôi những cách nhìn mới mẻ trong những tình huống nhất định của một mối quan hệ yêu đương. Quyển này tôi nghĩ nó phù hợp với tất cả mọi người, từ người chưa yêu, đang yêu, chuẩn bị yêu đánh giá hoàn thiện chính bản thân mình, cũng như nhận biết những mối quan hệ độc hại mà né chúng.

Authentic life story

Easy to read, this book is about sharing stories and giving direction for thoughts. Even if not in an abusive relationship lots of it resonated with me. Beautifully honest about her feelings with some interesting practicalities.

A good read

Must have for People in a twisted relationship. Powerful testimony from people who have there and escaped to tell their unique story.

Mình vô tình đọc đc quyển này bản tiếng Việt với tựa đề nghe không hay lắm. Với mình và những người sống lý trí tương tự thì quyển này ko đem lại được nhiều giá trị lắm.
