Another book on the subject of CBT as my research continues in a somewhat haphazard manner. It is not a bad book, but it still has not grabbed me in a real way. I get the idea, but I'm still looking for a book that will b ring it home for me in a real way. In the meantime I keep on going., one step at a time.
