Great characters with a love story for everyone. Suicide can be devastating to all concerned. This was a beautiful example of that devastation but that love can move you FORWARD. THANKS
Third and final book in the Raining Down series. Full length told in dual POV with HEA. Can be read and enjoyed as stand-alone. Chase is a widower struggling with grief. Stacey is very patient with his guilt & reluctance to move forward. I loved the epilogue!
Loved Ace and Stacey. Aces story was really heartbreaking and I loved how big his heart was. Stacey was a terrific heroine with the patience of a saint. So sweet!!
I didn't know if I would like the book going into but it is really good. Ace and Stacey are wonderful characters and they have great chemistry. It is just one thing that is between them that causes hurt. It was a sweet story and the author told it with grace.
I enjoyed the story, it kept me up late finishing it. Safe.
3 1/2 because the H was such a martyr and he said things that hurt her and even if he didn't mean them he needed a lot of groveling and maybe a really grand gesture but she just forgave him every time. She needed to give him back a little of what he dished out and made him sweat it out.
