Similar to the last two German Shepherd books I've read (How to Raise and Train Your German Shepherd and Know Your German Shepherd), this book is a quick read, but the information is, of course, more updated with a 1998 publishing date. It holds an extensive chapter on worms and other health problems to look out for, as well as a chapter on training with some unique tips you might not pick up elsewhere. Overall, good stuff, although I could have gone without the textualized version of baby talking your dog.
