In this book, he does an in-depth dive into the business practices of some of the country's most successful CRE brokers. He reveals their disciplined techniques for succeeding in this competitive and difficult career. This is not a casual read for someone not in the business. But if you are interested in getting into CRE brokerage, or if you're already in it and want to see how some top brokers get it done, this is a terrific book. It's eye opening and inspiring for any broker, in my opinion. His next book on CRE brokerage teams that dominate, is equally informative and helpful if you're at a point in your career where you want to build a team. Both are must reads for brokers who take their craft seriously.
