VAMPIRE QUEEN IS BOOK 2 OF THE EXCITING, SIZZLING, AND THRILLING "VAMPIRE WITCH TRILOGY" "I waited anxiously for this continuation and it was amazing. I loved Casey and how strong she was.... This book had so much more going on in it than the first i think. A lot of secrets came to light that shocked me. There was also a lot of mystery and deceit. I couldn't put this book down once I started it. I don't want to give away any spoilers so i will give a brief overview as best i can. This book picks up right from where vampire witch left off. " "In book two of this series, we catch back up with Casey. We get a quick update as to what has happened since the end of the last book, or maybe it's a refresher as to what happened at the end of the first book.... I think I really like Gwendoline, Geo and Luthias' grandmother a lot. She's a card. When an old woman tells you that you do not have to pick between two men, that's just funny. Very progressive for an old woman.... I am already hoping there is a third book to this series and I will say no more. You must read the first book, then this one for it all to make sense!" "Pretty much picking up where Vampire Witch left off, this wonderful continuation draws you right in. If you loved the first book in the series, be prepared for another amazing read. I actually enjoyed this book more than the first." "This book is amazing! Once you start reading, you won't be able to put it down, and you won't want to put it down! There are so many twists and turns, when you think you have things figured out, everything changes! Luthias is more prominent in this book, and it was great getting to know know him better. There were times I wanted to slap Casey and just ask her, "why" ? Lol! Vampire Land is the main focal point and there are a few new characters there that are great and well developed. All the characters matured so much throughout the book, and it was definitely an emotional roller coaster the entire story; whether it was because of Casey, Geo, and Luthias or her just trying to figure out how to become a vampire queen. Casey really goes through some major struggles this story and I really liked how grew as person the entire story."

Vampire Queen
I waited anxiously for this continuation and it was amazing. I loved Casey and how strong she was. Geo and Luthias were such great characters. Though they both loved and wanted Casey they never pushed and never let it come between them as family.
This book had so much more going on in it than the first i think. Alot of secrets came to light that shocked me. There was also alot of mystery and deceit. I couldnt put this book down once I started it. I dont want to give away any spoilers so i will give a brief overview as best i can. This book picks up right from where vampire witch left off. Casey has had Geo's baby and is taking time to come to terms with her transformation and all that happened the previous months. Her grandfather announced both Geo and Luthias had behaved horribly and once feeling better they would both court Casey then she would chose who she wanted to marry. Soon though Casey must travel to Vampire land to start ruling her kingdom. Since King Charles is dead she takes over as queen and they need her since it looks like Bartholomew is readying for a war sooner than later. Luthias accompanies Casey since he had infiltrated the castle years before. Meanwhile Geo must go to the mutant vampire castle and try to rebuild and ready their army for the coming war. Since he was second to Caseys mom he is looked upon as acting leader until Casey returns. While at the castle Casey must deal with unhappy vampires who believe Pierre should be king. Pierre was Charles' second in command. There are some amongst the vampire land that support Casey and some who are wolves in sheep clothing. Eventually things come to a head and those who Cassey, Geo and
Luthias thought were their friends turn to be enemies and a surprise who we thought was an enemy isnt. Casey still must decide on a husband through all this though she loves both brothers equally. I do feel bad about how she made her decision but it was done neatly and unfortunately we knew one Brother would be happy while the other dissapointed. I really really loved this book and in the interest of not giving spoilers i wont say who won her hand but i do hope the other gets his own book so he can have a happily ever after. Id also like to know what becomes of some of the other characters as well. These books were so well written they just sucked me in. I could feel and understand Caseys love and heartbreak in having to chose between 2 men she loved. Lastly i loved seeing how much Casey grew and became a mother, queen and wife that made her grandparents proud!

In book two of this series, we catch back up with Casey. We get a quick update as to what has happened since the end of the last book, or maybe it's a refresher as to what happened at the end of the first book. I think I really like Gwendoline, Geo and Luthias's grandmother a lot. She's a card. When an old woman tells you that you do not have to pick between two men, that's just funny. Very progressive for an old woman. When Luthias has to take Casey back to Charles' Vampire Land, what happens? What does Luthias introduce Casey to before she goes there? What political quagmire does she find out she will be stepping into? What happens with Pierre and Abigail once she and Luthias arrive? What is the drink that Pierre gives her? What does she find out when she has to go to her mother's former realm at the request of Geo? What are Pierre and Gondofini up to? What does she do with Pierre and the cook when she returns to Vampire Land? I am already hoping there is a third book to this series and I will say no more. You must read the first book, then this one for it all to make sense!

Vampire Queen was a continuation of the Vampire Witch Trilogy by Eileen Sheehan. It was more of the same sexy vampire story, but it continued to tell the tale of how Casey had to adjust to being a mother and taking charge of her new kingdoms and all the difficulties that come along with it.

She's still torn between two sexy vampires and she can't make up her mind. Fearing one is dead, she chooses to marry another, but is tricked into a deadly situation during the marriage ceremony while still struggling to take charge of Vampire Land. We see her growing up a bit but still succumbing to desire whenever she has a moment with either brother.

I enjoyed this book as much as the first one, as there were twists and turns once again, that kept my attention, along with some very steamy sex scenes. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars, mostly because of the grammatical errors. If there are more than a couple, I cannot give a 5-star review, and this was the only thing holding this book back.

This is book 2 of a trilogy. I really enjoyed book one, Vampire Witch, and Vampire Queen was no disappointment. It picks up the story where book 1 left off and continues with the love triangle drama, mixed in with more adventures and danger. I found Casey was starting to come into her own a bit in this story as she adjusts to some changed in her life, which include motherhood and has to assume the role of vampire queen to the kingdom of vampire land. There is less of Geo and more of Luthias in this book, which gives the reader an opportunity to get to know Luthias a little better. For me, it just made the decision between the two all the more difficult. Both Geo and Luthias have endearing qualities that would make it hard for me to choose between them. Eileen's books are categorized as romances, but they are also thrilling and exciting. As with book 1, I give this read 5 stars and it's well deserved.

Book Two of the trilogy delivers just as much adventure, passion, and suspence and even more surprising twists and turns than Book One. A sequel you won't be disappointed in, the rivalry between Geo and Luthias continues while Casey is just as confused as ever over which brother to marry. While Casey gradually comes into her own, the continuing presence of mentor Gwendoline's soothing presence and new and returning characters Belle, Jason, Pierre, Julia and Abigail leave the reader wondering who can be trusted and who is to be believed. A very well-woven story that will keep you reading as fast as your eyes can take in each page.

This is part two of this great series. Lots of action, suspense, danger and mystery. The characters are also great. Two sexy vampire brothers and the woman they love along with a whole cast of different people and creatures that surround them. Who can they trust? You think you’ve figured something out and everything changes. So many things are going on behind the scenes. Definitely couldn’t put it down. Can’t wait for the next book.
