The 8 sessions of this study guide show you how to recognize God working your life. Start noticing the progression from who you have been to who you are meant to become by keeping a spiritual journal. If using in a group, personal study is needed between meetings.
"Spiritual" yes - but not necessarily Christian. Since this is published by Navpress, I was surprised by the contents. This refers heavily to Dr. Ira Progoff's work and not so much on Scripture. I was also surprised to see the author encouraging us to track our dreams as a means of understanding ourselves. I'm not saying that personal reflection does not have its place, but focusing on who we are *IN CHRIST* and saturating ourselves in the truth of Scripture is much more important than navel-gazing.

This is something I am working on long term. Its a great project to take on: it helps you systematically evaluate your life and listen to God, to see where you came from, who you are and where you want to go. I've been off and on with this book for about a year now....
