I spent several peripatetic years as an itinerant IT developer, and one of my adventures was in the "Black Art of Grouting" which was taught to me be a professor of grouting and friend of the author. There is art in civil engineering, and poetry in all work that people do with enthusiasm.

If you are an wanderer seeking the capriccio of experience, or a student of the black art of grouting, you will find this excellent reference guide will enable you to follow proper grouting techniques and/or track grouting activity. The book is detailed and comprehensive and applies to many grouting situations from building dams to grouting ahead of TBM's (tunnel boring machines).

This is one of the most comprehensive guides to grouting ever published.
