It's the idea of blending Guinness/whiskey/liqueur to a meal that made me look through this. I definitely want to try the Guinness ice cream. Good ideas for people who like to experiment/ travel-at-home with meals (liked her little history of Ireland tidbits)
Not bad, but didn't draw me in like the first Irish book by this team ("The New Irish Table"). New twist was that all recipes based on Irish alcoholic drinks...
