This book covers from A-Z a number of things that will help you feel happier, or at least more content. It can be summed up by saying that a positive outlook and gratitude can make a huge difference, but that's summing it up a little too succinctly. All of these 26 ideas are excellent and I even found that I already follow a number of these -- I feel overall pretty content with my life, so there must be something to it. This is also a great book for journal prompts and self-discovery.
