This easy Italian reader is probably the most original of them all, a brief story about a man who has an ailment that distorts his vision so that everything he lays eyes on becomes striped. Suits, the streets, the sky and the roads, everything is individually stripped as if it the world were painted by an abstract artist. The impairment makes for interesting turns of events concerning his love life and his bank account. It was a fun quick read. It's a Level 1 reader, 34 pages of story and 26 pages of comprehension exercises.

The book is actually pretty good, considering this level. Of course, it's not the best book ever, but for studying Italian it's on a good level.
