Opinion They are genious and nice combination. If she or he tried to solve that accident, maybe they can't solve that accident. Especially Sheperd is genious. She is not just detective. she is real genious. I wanna be genious like her.
1. Cambridge level2 2. 4/30 90minutes 3. dead, detective, inspector, murder, sea, sergeant, body 4. ”There's a body on the beach.” It was so surprised for me. 5. It was so difficult for me. Because there are many characters. I couldn't understand everyone. And it uses a lot of unkown vocabularies. I thought the book is about bad company, because title is ”bad company”. But the story is about murder. It was so surprised.
1 level 2 oxford 2 9/6=30 minutes; 9/8=70 minutes. 3 detective, police, musicians, inspector, sergeant, constable, MMI 4 a: He probably wants me to say, "Well done," she thought. b: I can understand what he feels. I think everyone wants to get praise. 5 A detective inspector and a detective sergeant know how to work as a team. The inspector is especially clever. There were many people in this book so it was difficult to remenber them for me.
"Three weeks without cigarette - not bad." The main character Helen says it after she sees the woman's dead body at the beach. Even though she is in a unhealthy bad situation after seeing the dead body, it shows me something in a positive way. Like she is expecting what will happen next.
It is a good story, and seems like there are series of the book. I will try to find it!
