This felt like an oddball indie sci-fi comic that happened to feature Bruce Banner. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it.

Bruce Banner gets pulled into a road trip to collect failed science experiments/superhumans. What's the plan? Bring them back to the base that experimented on them. Why? Because that's where they go. What's the big mystery? The ever-present question if failed superhuman experiments are actually really cool actually. I won't spoil if the answer is "yes" or "no" but this is a Marvel comic in the Marvel universe where attempts to recreate Captain America's super soldier serum have a track record.
