Unlike many CBT or "self help" books, this easy to read, easy to use book is relatable and applicable to our daily lives. Similar to Dr. Mantell's daily 5, each page contains 5 tips about how to live better lives and be kinder to ourselves. Whether you are looking for strategies for success, self-confidence, or rational thinking, I encourage everyone to take the time to pick up this book. You are guaranteed to find many pages that make you feel as though it was written expressly for you. This book is one of a kind.
