Sarah Masters is one of three pen names I write under. Sarah mainly writes m/m. Natalie Dae writes het erotica, while the third, Charley Oweson, writes thriller/horror/suspense books with no sex.
There's a somewhat dreamlike quality to the writing in Devil's Spawn. It's historical, sensual, kinky in places and follows a relationship between two men. It's the first part of a series, and you really do need to read them in order, aside from this one I don't think they stand alone. If you like moody m/m and poetic writing styles, this is well worth a read. It's a very good series as well.
I learned that not everyone liked this writing style, my ideas, or my vision that, despite gays not being accepted years ago, I wished that it was so and tried to inject that into this series.
