About the author

I have always said I could and should write a book and now I have.

When I was sixteen years old my English teacher told me I was going to be the next Harold Robbins with my love for writing slightly risqué tales, but it was almost another thirty years before I truly took the plunge into writing for adults.
Away from writing I work in the public education system and am a wife and mother of two. We share our home in the UK with a very spoilt and pampered cat and dog who truly rule the roost.
I have a passion for romance, reading and writing it. The stories I write ooze chemistry, sensuality, love and sex. However, they do not shy away from uncomfortable subject matter such as death, violence, unhappy marriages and abusive relationships making them suitable for an adult audience.
It is my hope to portray relatable characters who are three dimensional with redeeming qualities, flaws and room for growth that readers learn to love as the story develops.

Disaster-in-Waiting is my first self-published book that has evolved from dozens of previously written stories, many unfinished and the thousands of books I have read. I am incredibly proud of the story it tells and honestly believe I have written a story I would want to read.

Great read

I feel like I’ve lost a lot of hours of sleep because it was always hard to put the book down. This is a great book that is heavy in the spice factor. This all started with what was just supposed to be a one night stand but it was kismet that the two would unravel each other. The heroine, Olivia, has had it tough and because of that, she’s left with a lot of emotional scarring. Mason quickly becomes so fond of Olivia, despite not usually holding one night stands to the greatest regard. It doesn’t take long for him to notice things about Olivia that elude to a dark past so he does what he can to protect her emotionally. I would definitely recommend this book.

In awe of this book. This was the first book I read of Elle’s and I was not disappointed. This is book where I just couldn’t put the book down. Cancelled plans; I needed to know what happened next. How Elle portrayed Olivia. I really am in awe of this book.

Loved Oliva and Mason's story the first time I read it. I'm partial to Elle's style of writing as she has a way of pulling me in and making me feel like I'm there in the same moment experiencing the journey with the characters. Looking forward to my next Elle book to read :)

This is the second book I have read from this author and well worth a read!

It's spicy. It's emotional. It has a protective MMC and a broken FMC. The pace works well, the plot is intriguing and the ending is satisfying. Livy deserves her happy ending.

waaaaay too long

This book took foooooorrrrever! The story lost its appeal quickly and all the boom boom got eye rolling after about a third of the way through!
