How not to get tempted

Rate this book
Temptations are real and it's human to get tempted. When a person attends an event with his gorgeous girlfriend, do you regret not having one? Temptations are real, and everywhere. But, all the major religions have pronounced temptation as a sin. So, the question arises how to win against it? The only way to deal with temptation is to give into it. " The middle path" taught by Buddha has a great significance here. A moderate approach is the best. The middle path holds true on every level. when it comes to food, neither overeating is good nor is starvation. Similarly, when it comes to exercise, neither over-exercising is correct nor is abstinence from exercise. it is clear that unless a moderate approach is being practiced, we will end up in either of the two extremes. This book is all about temptation, it's presence in our lives, and how we deny it's presence. In a world full of temptation, the only way to win against it is to give into it.
