This book contains many ideas for networking to get your dream job, from the local postal center to the gym. Even though I'm admittedly a "type A", I would feel super pushy and highly uncomfortable putting most of these ideas into play. Still, if you are looking for a job in this tough environment and would like to stand out from the crowd and have an overabundance of confidence, give this one a look.

Even though the author's tactics about showing up uninvited at the manager's office seems questionable at best, the book is still very much worth a read though. The book is very practical about how to chat up people in various scenarios. The best thing about the book though is clearly the way it's written, you could disregard the whole content jut for the great puns and the hilarious phrasal verbs

Going to a company and pushing myself into an executive's office will not work. Too bad that was the entire premise of the book.
