First self-help book I've ever read. I liked it a lot! Really easy to read and to the point. Easy to follow steps and full of common sense things that everyone needs reminding of.
My only complaint was that Quam didn't give sources for all of his information. He made a lot of assumptions (of which I mostly agreed with), but it would have been nice to see a little more scientific data to back up his claims.
