in this busy world, it's all about being busy
we all need notes to help us remember to be a human!
I guess it's somehow necessary to read such a book and then design such a thing for ourselves, I mean something that is specialized

Ugh, this book was so cringe-worthy in so many ways. American as apple pie (to the point of being extremely irritating and culturally isolating) and clearly targeted only at selfish, self-absorbed, middle-class, white women who would help only others like them and never ever the disadvantaged, marginalised and vulnerable people who really need it. I feel like writing my own version of how to really do good. (1) Try stepping outside your comfort zone and actually engaging with the huddled masses of the poor...
