There was a wealth of examples, which was nice. I enjoyed the way the authors challenged statements a speaker may make that would inadvertently offend an audience, especially advocating for more inclusive language. I thought the authors at times spent too long on things that didn’t need to be explained for such a long portion. Other places seemed a little too brief. Other than that, it was a good textbook
